It would be great if it could do all these things and then not have fluoride in it. This claims to help with stains but then one of the warnings are is that it can cause stains I don't understand that. It also states that it helps with sensitivity but do not use it for more than 4 weeks.

I would say there definitely is a minty presence. It isn't too strong for me, but I could how it could be too strong for some people. There is no grittiness left behind in my mouth, just a minty, clean feeling. A little bit goes a long ways, so you don't need to use much! This will be a great toothpaste for not just my oral health, but for my overall health. I love all of the benefits of it. I would highly recommend using it! I'll be buying more!
