Came cracked in half
It arrived broken. I opened the box and the whole top part was completely cracked. Horrible. So disappointed. I need a replacement or a refund and need it expedited if replaced.

Plates can't be removed.
This is cute and works well, only you can’t remove the plates, so it is not easy to clean and you can’t interchange other toy story plates.

Know your Dash
I have a collection of Dash waffle makers so to see negative reviews because people don't stop to read/ research before purchasing makes me giggle. Dash has waffle makers that cannot have plates removed. Those are sold individually. Then Dash has a waffle makers with interchangeable plates often sold in a set. I see now Dash sells plates separately which I was very excited to see because I'm running out of room in my cabinet that's solely dedicated to my Dash waffle makers. Dash, if you see my review, please continue to design interchangeable plates! They're awesome and space saving. Like I said, know your Dash before purchasing like you would before purchasing ANYTHING. Read the fine print. Google. Phone a friend. But don't give an item or company a negative review because you bought something before doing research and felt dumb about it ✌️

If I could give it zero Stars I would
Just bought this off Target specifically for my son we also bought the interchangeable Woody and Jesse plates and also the stitch and the angel plates also because we assumed that it would be interchangeable for the buzz lightyear waffle maker to our demise it isn't and that's very frustrating because I just paid money for something that I can't even use the other plates with so now I have to buy another one to be able to use the other plates with that is just completely stupidWhat am I to do with this now I can't even use the plates that we purchased

Hello! The Dash Mini Waffle Maker does not feature removable plates and is not compatible with the removable plates that are designed for the Dash MultiMaker® Mini System. This unit does not advertise itself as having removable plates in it's description. While we are confident in the quality of our products we do understand that you are disappointed that the unit was not what you were expecting. Don’t buy other plates
I bought this & the other Toy Story plates because I have a Toy Story obsessed toddler. I assumed (my fault) that the plates with Woody & Jessie would be able to be switched into the Buzz waffle maker. Wrong! Kinda silly they’re sold next to each other in the same display but can’t be used together. Upset I have to buy a second waffle maker to use the other 2 plates

It’s a cute Toy Story image and machine works well. Beware that the plates on this one don’t come out, so if you buy the other Toy Story images you can’t change the buzz out for the woody and Jessie. It also makes it harder to clean.
