Love it
Love my pitcher, it saved me so much from buying water bottles. It is a bit tall though, I'm lucky it fitted in my fridge

Unhappy
I already wrote to you and told you I can’t twist the plastic housing from the glass container. Your response was unhelpful. I’ve used life straw for years but you don’t stand by your product

Too slow
While the pitcher is very pretty, I am returning it because filtering water is excruciatingly slow. I can't wait hours for 7 cups to filter.

Luxury water
truly amazing-tasting water. I’m obsessed with talking about how good the water tastes! Does filter slow, but it’s worth it.

The Best
We love our LifeStraw pitcher. This purchase was a free replacement for our first pitcher, which developed a leak. LifeStraw stands behind their products.

We love this.
Huge improvement over a Brita. I was concerned that it would be too heavy or break easily but it is nice and does a good job filtering our water. I like knowing our water is safe to drink. We keep a glass carafe and fill it up regularly so we have two containers of water- it does filter slowly but it is with it in my opinion. Also the top makes it very easy to fill.

Better tasting water now!
Bought this for staying at our daughter’s in Florida. We are from the West Coast of Canada and have amazing tasting water. Have a difficult time with the chlorine taste in the Florida water. We do not like buying plastic bottled water. This has really improved the taste and hopefully the quality of the water. Only gave it a four due to the length of time it takes to fill otherwise works great.

Love the glass pitcher!
We upgraded from the larger plastic pitcher to this smaller glass pitcher and are very happy with the purchase. We’ve trusted LifeStraw for years and recommend them to family and friends. Thanks for a great product!

Life Straw Glass Pitcher
I like the pitcher. It fills up slowly, but I believe it is cleaning my water. I don't understand how it can clean the impurities and leave behind the beneficial minerals. I like that it has no taste. Good purchase.

It’s some work to love.
I loved it out of the box, simple to set up, then the reality set in… I changed the fridge shelves to fit it and I regret the dead air spaces and the loss of the pizza shelf. It’s heavy to lift one handed but it’s taking more pours to empty than my last pitcher. It’s a 10 cup reservoir but only fills at 2 cups at a time for the filter, although it does get faster as it goes. It pours cleanly with only a teeny, tiny, one-drop leak from around the top. The water pours in well but the flipper thingie on top doesn’t stay open and will wet the counter, I’ve taken to flipping with one finger and holding to fill. It doesn’t fit underneath the sink spout to fill so I have to use a 2 cup measure and repeat pours. I plan to do other things in the kitchen at the same time as it’s only worth filling all the way once you’ve started. . . However, it is a sleek filter design, easy to clean, nice container albeit oddly shaped for most fridges and doesn’t fit the door, sits well (no tipping!) on the counter for dinner with the add of silicone bottom, can accommodate a full meal or several water bottles throughout the day without refills, tastes great without the PFAS problems and town supply issues on an old system for us, and hopefully makes us all safer, healthier, kinder and more carefully concerned for ourselves and others than we were yesterday! Thanks for all you do! Great company! Best water to all!

The Perfect Pitcher
I love this pitcher! It is sleek and gorgeous and meets my every need, including clean, trustworthy water. I got the Juniper color, which I love. I can make it as heavy or light as I wish it to be. It's perfect.

Clean Water, Elegant Glass — But Lid Needs Rethink
I’ve been using the LifeStraw Home 7‑Cup Glass Pitcher and overall I’m impressed. Excellent water taste: The filtration delivers crisp, clean water that tastes noticeably better than tap. Glass construction: I much prefer the glass body over plastic alternatives. It feels sturdier, looks more elegant, and avoids the lingering taste or odor that plastic pitchers sometimes develop. That said, there are a few areas where the design could be polished: Pitcher shape: The tall, narrow design makes it harder to fit in the refrigerator. A wider, shorter profile would be more practical for everyday storage. Lid flap: I’m not keen on the flap design. It makes it difficult to see how full the chamber is, and when pouring water into the housing it tends to splash onto the exposed top surface. This doesn’t feel clean or intuitive. Recommendation: A sealed glass lid without a flap would improve usability and hygiene, while a wider design would make the pitcher more fridge‑friendly.

Great product!
I have used Brita filters for the past three years and the my water still would taste like chlorine. After switching to the life straw glass pitcher I instantly noticed my water just tastes like water! I have a shallow sink and it just fits under my faucet! It fits on the door of my fridge perfectly. I am so happy with it! It is a sleek design and feels sturdy without being too heavy. Thank you!

Product breaks over time regardless
My pitcher is leaking again sadly:( I’ve taken good care of my products but it seems to wear down over time which starts about 2 weeks after arrival. I’ve had 3 products from this company and they all started to deteriorate very quickly
