May not dissolve in cold water
I have a top load washer with a specific dispenser for powder detergent. I wash in cold water. Unfortunately, not all of the soap dissolved. Luckily the hard clump was only in the dispenser and there was no visible residue on my clothes. I will figure it out through trial and error, adjusting the amount I use. I just can't afford to throw it away.

This is my favorite laundry detergent. I prefer the powder since you get more for your value without all the additional water. This smells nice and my whole family uses this. With inflation the price has gone up unfortunately, but I can get a deal sometimes.

There's no plastic
It's incredible to me how much plastic is on our grocery shelves when something like this is available. How do people not understand that plastic is a problem? Pods have plastic too. This powder is the only way to go.

love this detergent
I was using liquid detergent and pods for awhile, but it would leave my clothes with stains that looked like grease, and it wouldn't remove the other stains well. I finally switched over to arm & hammer powder detergent and my clothes look and feel clean. My clothes smell fresh too without being overpowering. This stuff just works really well, and I highly recommend.

This is our favorite laundry detergent and we love the cardboard packaging it comes in as it's so much better for the environment and can be recycled in our city. It does great for stains with the oxiclean. We were thrilled to learn this detergent is safe for cloth diapers in the powdered form! It really works to get them clean and smelling fresh too. No issues with allergies or irritation either. So glad we can use this for all of our laundry and not have to buy separate detergents for clothes and for diapers!

Why isn't ZERO stars an option? Worst ever!
Two days before a cross-country move, I'm actually taking the time to review this awful detergent to help all of you avoid it! 1) Low suds? NO--I used 1/3 recommended amount and it sudsed all the way to the top of the barrel (not an HE washer either). Add one more thing to my pre-move cleaning list -- clean dried on detergent crud off the washing machine. 2) The detergent creates hard little clumps rather than dissolving. After washing, you'll need to find the clumps and possibly re-rinse the clothes. 3) This created cloudy white spots all over my black jeans (had to re-wash). First and LAST time I ever buy this -- I only bought it because I thought it would be safer to transport powder during the move -- but it's going in the trash, not the moving truck!
