Just got the delivery on package. Order 5. All 5 were previously opened and looks to from a past return. Not too sure, why this delivered package was sent this way. I first had the order as a pickup, which arriving at store was out of stock. I accepted as delivery instead.

Not TSA Luggage Locks
I blame myself for this - I had been looking at TSA luggage locks and this showed up in my search. I bought online and didn't realize they were not the right thing until I cut open the packaging and tried to fit them into the luggage lock loop. They are a touch too large to fit. Waste of money; can't change the factory combo
Should have read reviews before I wasted money, since the problem I had (can’t change default combo) is common. The directions to set a combo don’t work. You are supposed to turn, press, set your own com o & turn back while pressing down. Only the lock will not turn with any combo but default 000.

Why isnt this discontinued
After 30,000 tries, bruised thumbs and using a hammer, the lock turned to reset. There was a comment here that said to press it harder Ina way at the first 90° angle. Wasn’t able to use it for the first 3 weeks after purchasing. Pls don’t buy this specific one😭 just go to like a discount store and get the og turning one.

Found a little trick on Youtube to reset the password: push it down harder at the first 90 degree, then it may be easier to continue to the 180 degree position… Hope there is no other problem in the future.

Stuck Open and Useless
Bought this Master padlock for security, but it was a complete letdown. It’s literally stuck open and won’t close or lock at all. I expected reliability, but instead got a faulty product that can’t even perform the most basic function. Extremely disappointed.
