A: I actually saw the difference within a week of taking the pills. I gave them to my 18 yr old daughter and she noticed a difference in about a week as well.

A: Yes. You may want to start out taking only one per day, gradually increasing to three per day, if you can tolerate it. I have found I become nauseated if I take more than two per day, though others have no problem taking three. It takes several months before most people see results, so if you aren't seeing any improvement after ~60 days, you may want to try to increase to the full dose if you can tolerate it.

These soft gel can be a decent addition to your daily routine , just be mindful of your total intake of Vitamin A and Biotin in your daily supplements combined and adjust these soft gels accordingly. I only take 1 of these soft gels a day. That keeps me from getting excessive micrograms of Vitamin A and Biotin.

I’ve always had thin hair for as long as I can remember and I never really cared either but a year ago my hair just started falling out like crazy and you could easily see my scalp. I hate gummies so I opted for these vitamins and within a month I had so many new baby hairs. It didn’t make my hair thicker but I now have more hair than I’ve ever had! I never had any issues with them, worked for me!

Causewd Terrible Nausea
These made me so sick to my stomach. I has to return them. I had high hopes but could not tolerate them, even when take. with food. They also made me jittery and anxious. I have taken vitamins and supplements over 20 years and never had that bad of a reaction. I wanted these as a cheaper alternative to Nutrafol but oh well. Guess I’ll go back to those because they work and don’t make me feel so sick. It could be the iron in these, I’m not sure.

I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails consistently for a few months now, and overall I’m pleased with the results. The softgels are easy to swallow and which I like because I don’t like eating the gummies. It’s a little pricey but well worth it.

Becareful of ingredients!!!
Please, please read the ingredients before you purchase any vitamins. I personally did not when buying this product and experienced some bad symptoms. To start with I’m 1.5 years postpartum and needed something to help with hair growth after having lost hair during the 1st year after giving birth. I went online and found this product, only to experience excessive hair loss (like clumps of hair just right out of my head). I found out almost 4 months later that this product was the root cause of my excessive hair loss due to the high amount of Vitamin A which in high amount can actually have reversed side affects (hence the excessive hair loss).

Nails strong as The Rock
I have taken these on and off for a decade and every time I come back I’m amazed. I don’t know why I forget and stop! I’ve been back on them for 3 weeks and my nails are no longer breaking and peeling constantly. It’s crazy how quickly it makes such a difference!

Be cautious!!
I used to use this brand quite often but after taking a closer look at the supplement facts it’s a hard pass. Daily recommendation for Vitamin A for hair growth is 700mcg for women, anything over that CAUSES hair loss. This formula has 800mcg OVER that. Also, the high amount of B12 can cause your urine to be bright yellow. The pills themselves also leave a fishy taste in your mouth for hours.

Love them!
I can take them in the morning when I wake up and do not get sick or anything by the time I eat breakfast! I have gotten sick from many vitamins but not these. My skin is glowing and I love them! Easy to swallow, the pills don’t stink. My legs were looking dull and old and almost had little skin bumps or like red bumps on my legs and everything has been amazing since starting these.
