Q: I cannot use the wet pads because of their chemicals and fragrance. I must use water or my safe cleaner. WHY please do you say that water can’t be used on the dry pads? Makes no sense to me. Are dry pads the same for both size swiffer heads?

  • A: Since safety is at the heart of all we do, we can assure you that all of our products have been thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed. We don't recommend using water or other cleaners with our Dry cloths, as we haven't tested them to be used in this manner. Our Dry cloths are available in two sizes: one that's compatible with the head of our Sweeper, and our XL Dry cloths, which are 1.5X wider to accommodate the head of our Sweeper XL.

    The wet cloth won’t last very long. Get a mop that squirts water so you can continue adding moisture when it dries up. These are almost useless.

    Love my Swiffer!!

    This is the best mop I ever had. I have a few others that are way more expensive, and promise to be sanitize, disinfectant, etc.. But to be honest this is the one that cleans my house in the most efficient way. Simple and fast! Easy to handle, perfect size, very light weight, and has the best hand support. My floors smell so good for days. Received many compliments when I open my doors to visitors, first thing they say is how good my house smells. Love it!

    I may not have this product of yours, but I have quite a few different Swiffer products. The quality now, straight trash. Instead of calling it Swiffer it should be called Swisher, since all it does is just wish the dog here around and doesn't pick up anything. Again straight trash.

    Bad Quality Control, Bad Support

    Product is missing a part and their support chat doesn't work (it just says connecting for a really long time) so I am unable to get the replacement part. Upon opening the box I see that there's only one piece of the handle. There's supposed to be two aluminum tubes. So I have a 3-ft long XL swiffer that I have to bend over to touch the ground. They really need some way to email or chat with them to get things like this fixed.

    I have used various Swiffer products over the years. It seems that with every new iteration they make improvements, and this is no exception. With the wider head and bigger pads, it will make short work of the dust, dirt, hair, and whatever other dry messes you may want to clean up. It is also a good value as the pads can last through multiple uses. I would recommend this product to make your cleaning easier and quicker.

    The Swiffer XL Sweeping Kit has been a real game-changer for quick daily clean-ups, especially in a high-traffic house like ours. With seven people constantly moving in and out, and multiple surfaces (tile, hardwood, and laminate), the floors take a beating. The XL version covers noticeably more ground with each swipe — a great bonus when you’re trying to clean efficiently and not spend all day sweeping. The dry cloths are fantastic at picking up dust, hair, and crumbs, and in a house with four teenage boys, that debris seems to regenerate hourly. The wet cloths are convenient but limited in number (only two in the starter kit), so we quickly stocked up on refills.     Wasteful

    You can’t find the refill pads anywhere which essentially makes the product useless or you need to use two smaller pads which is a waste of money. Do better.

    Very durable . The only hold back is you have to change the pad every time. I do prefer the one that has reusable pad. Very clean. And extra large size make it a plus. Clean every corner and where you can not reach
