You will receive 100% parts and labor coverage. Accidental damage, such as drops and spills, is also covered. Great protection plan
After breaking my phone, the Square Trade claims process was very easy to complete online. They were prompt and I didn't have to jump through a lot of hoops. I will continue to use Square Trade for all of my protection and warranty needs. Life happens!!!!

I accidently cracked the screen on my new FitBit Blaze, I was extremely bummed till I remember that I had purchased the Square Trade accidental damage coverage . I contacted Square Trade to file a claim. They emailed me an express shipping label so I could send it in. I printed out the label boxed up the watch and dropped it off at my local Fed Ex Store. Square Trade sent me emails letting me know when it was shipped to them, when they received it and when it was fixed. They shipped it back to me by secure express shipping when it was done. The whole process took about a week and was completely free.
