Q: How long are the wet mops compared to the mop it goes on. I want to make sure the wet ones fit entirely over the head.

A: If you're ordering Swiffer Wet Refills for a Swiffer Sweeper head, I think you can count on them fitting the entire head. I buy store brand (but not Target's) or any off brand, and they've all fit entirely over my Swiffer Sweeper head. I figure, why pay more if you don't have to?

A: All of our Wet cloths are safe for use on finished hardwood and bamboo floors, though our Wood Wet cloths are specially designed for wood floors. They feature slightly less solution per cloth to reduce the amount of solution left on the floor, and don't have a scrubby strip in order to ensure a gentle clean.

Q: What is Open Window Fresh scent? I do not like applying perfume to my floors, unless it is BVlgari. Please reduce the chemicals in my life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They smell really good and are seemingly very moist as my package leaked during transit yet the pads were still wet! I took a star off just because the packaging should be better. The plastic lid covering it is very flimsy, and it seems they knew this was a leak risk since it was mailed to me in a plastic bag within the box. Other than that it’s great!

Whether it’s tackling dust, spills, or stuck on grime, these wipes handle it all without leaving streaks or residue behind. They have a fresh, clean scent that isn’t overpowering, and the material is strong enough to hold up without tearing during use. One of my favorite things is how well they attach to most swiffer mop. They don’t bunch up or slide off, which makes cleaning smooth and fast. I’ve used them on tile, laminate, and even hardwood, and they’ve been safe and gentle on all surfaces. These wipes are presoaked with cleaning solution which is great to clean any type of mess. These wipes smell is great leaving the floor smell fresh and clean. Mine came with a small puncture in the seal, even though the plastic lid was still on and moisture had leaked everywhere. Once you open the seal, there's no way to properly reseal it, and the lid just sits on top without clicking shut or creating an airtight seal which means that the wipes will dry out pretty quickly. The wipes were very moist at first, but dried up fast during use. Also, the wipe doesn’t stay attached to the Swiffer for long, which made it kind of frustrating to use. It only comes with 20 wipes, so for the price, it doesn’t feel like the best value. That said, it does a nice job cleaning up small, dried-up spills and has a great scent. Overall, not something I’d buy again.

We have white tile in the kitchen that constantly needs cleaned. These are great for that. It gets off food and mud from the dogs. They smell so good. They leave the whole house smelling great. They are durable to use for a good clean throughout the house. I wish the packaging had a better lid. The lid doesn't lock on well, and I'm afraid the liquid is going to leak out..
