Broken within maybe 2 weeks or less. Made with incredibly cheap plastic. I wish I kept the box and my receipt. If you buy this, do not throw your receipt away so you can return it when a piece breaks off!

after a few months my microphone could not pick up my voice, now have to unplug and replug jack back in. if the jack turns, you get this horrible static that comes through. sound quality is good though, comfortable for long term use with glasses

Headset lasted 4months
Sound quality is low, and fits tight on the head. They tend to slide off your head with any movement. Mic quality is very low, having to turn up mic volume all the way up for ppl to hear you well. The mic started giving me problems after 4 months of regular use due to the wiring, causing a fan like noise coming from the mic for other players. Save your coin.

They never work
you have to restart your PS5 if you use these and no sound comes out of them when you plug them into the controller. there have been numerous times where I will play and in the middle of a game, a loud buzzing noise happens, and you have to shut off your PS5 and start back up if you want to continue playing, there is no trouble shooting, just quitting and having to restart the machine. Turtle Beach really screwed their customers with this one.
