Weak performance - nearly useless
I bought this so I could use my Travel Mug 2 all day at work - but it is barely able to put any charge in the battery!. The charging base that came with the Travel Mug2 will both keep the liquid hot, and increase the charge in the battery. This will barely keep the liquid warm and won't add anything to the battery level even if you wait all day. It's almost useless.

Two is better than one!
This is a replacement for the original charging coaster that had gotten damaged from carrying it back and forth daily. That one still works, but it needs supervision. With 2, I expect to get an extended life for both.

An extra is exactly what I needed
I love my travel mug but sometimes I don’t have enough time to drink my morning coffee at work. This extra charger comes in handy. I have one at home and one at work so my mug never goes dead. It also comes in handy when I need a second cup of coffee at work and my mug needs to be charged again.

Charging plate
Bought the mug almost a year ago and am very pleased with the performance so far. However, it stopped charging last week. After some effort, found out that one of the charging pins lost its recoil and staying depressed, not able to charge the mug. Obviously disappointed!!

Second charger adds a convenience factor
I bought a second charging coaster so that I would have one at work and at home. I'm addicted to this mug and I like my coffee pretty hot, so on a cold day, the battery works hard and doesn't stay charged all that long. Having the charger at hand all the time is just the ticket.

After 2 years, I had to replace my charger
It charges! Pins have to be depressible. iT charges to empty to full charge in about 30 minutes

Fantastic addition to my desk at work!
I have been an Ember fan since the Kickstarter days! I’m so happy to see the product line continue to improve. This coaster is a must, and it lets me have nice toasty, hot coffee all day. I’m a bit of a coffee sipper, so I usually don’t go through more than 2 mugs a day. My only suggestion would be to develop an alternate charging cable for the coaster that can plug into a USB port on a computer! That would be amazing!
