Description

Philips Avent Anti-colic with AirFree vent bottles are designed to reduce feeding issues: such as colic, gas, and reflux. The unique AirFree vent is designed to draw air away from the nipple keeping it full of milk to avoid air ingestion. This vent also keeps the nipple full of milk even when the bottle is held horizontal, allowing for upright feeding. Feeding in an upright position can help to reduce reflux and aid in digestion. The nipple shape is designed for a secure latch for a comfortable feed. The bottle is easy to clean and assemble with few parts. The AirFree vent is only one piece and is easy to clean without any special tools. The Anti-colic bottle features a valve, integrated into the nipple, that reduces vacuum buildup and reducing air into your baby’s tummy. The Anti-colic bottle can be used with or without the AirFree vent, giving you the option based on your baby’s feeding needs. The soft silicone nipple is available in different flow rates for babies of all ages, flows 1-4. We recommend using the Philips Avent Anti-colic baby bottle with Philips Avent Anti-colic bottle nipples. Includes 3 4oz Anti-colic bottles with AirFree vent with Flow 1 nipples. SCY701/93.

Packaging uses 100% plastic alternative, FSC-certified paper, with great potential to be widely circular for majority of product packaging.

    WASTE OF MONEY!

The absolute worst bottle! I wish I listened to all the reviews about the leaking before I wasted so much money! Feeding a crying newborn in the middle of the night and you don’t know if it will leak this time until about 10 seconds into feeding. Now I have to take it apart and reposition the green piece, white ring and nipple. No matter how tight you put it on- it will leak! Oh and now I also have to change the baby’s clothes because he’s soaking from the spillage. One more thing, the lip of the green piece gets warped after the first cleaning. Every single negative review anywhere is on what I just wrote about. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

    Not In Love With These

We really struggled with using the Phillips Avent Anti-Colic bottles with a newborn. They leaked no matter how or what we did. We read over the manufacturer's instructions again, adjusted the bottles, held them differently, and still struggled.

Surprised this is highly rated. Tried with my newborn as soon as he was born because I had issues with BF with my first born. The formula just drips out of the nipple, choking the newborn, even with the slowest flow nipple. Switched to the Philips Avent Natural Baby bottle and baby does great with that. The slowest flow was a little too slow on that so I moved to a 2 right away.

    Never ending Leaks

I spend more time trying fix leaking lids and nipples than I do feeding my twins. The last thing I need is the frustration of trying to fix lids while two babies are screaming at me.

    Pieces of Crap

These bottles are the absolute worst bottles made to man. 10 times out of 10 they’re leaking milk. No matter how many times I rework the nipple into the ring, adjust the airflow vent, tighten or loosen the top. They’re still leaking. I’ve bought 9 bottles and they’re all the same. Junk and a waste of money.

Hi Mia, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are really sorry that you are having issues with your Anti-colic bottle. We always want to make things better, so we appreciate your thoughts. Check if the bottle neck and ring are undamaged. If damaged, replace them. Ensure the ring is tightly screwed. If not, tighten it more. Make sure the Air Free Vent, if used, is fully pressed in and level with the bottle neck. If this doesn't improve your experience with the Anti-colic bottle, please get in touch via social media. We're available on Facebook (@Philips) and X (@PhilipsCare). Don't worry if you don't use social media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact. Leaks Horribly - Would NOT Recommend

We thought we found the perfect bottle after trying multiple different brands. We ended up buying 12 of these and within a month the anti colic insert warped from being put in the bottle sanitizer causing them to excessively leak. Even though they are dishwasher and sanitizer safe, Phillips says they do not recommended it after we reached out with our issue. We switched to Tommee Tippee advanced anti colic bottles and have no issues since. Even putting them in the dishwasher and sanitizer. These are a much better product. Steer clear of the Phillips Avent Anti Colic bottles to avoid this frustration.

Hi there , Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Anti-Colic bottle. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. To prevent leaks, make sure the nipple and ring are assembled correctly, the bottle neck and ring are undamaged, the ring is screwed on tightly and the AirFree Vent (if used) is level and pressed in. In addition, always use the cap when shaking or transporting the bottle. If this doesn't improve your experience with the Anti-colic bottle. Please get in touch via social media. We're available on Facebook (@Philips) and X (@PhilipsCare). Don't worry if you don't use social media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page:https://www.usa.philips.com/c-w/support-home/support-contact-page. Hope to speak to you soon!
