I tried these before some years ago and they were decent so I bought them again a month ago to retry, but each time I took these vitamins, I noticed a sudden onset of numbness/tingling in my feet and legs that stopped immediately when I discontinued use. After 3 symptom-free weeks back on my regular multivitamin, I retried these and the numbness and tingling returned the very next day.

I’m disappointed to realize after purchasing that these vitamins contain WHEAT, in addition to artificial dyes. Please make teen vitamins without harmful chemicals, and without wheat, which many of us cannot have.

My daughter take these Once A Day Teen for Her gummies every morning. She like the taste—fruity but not too sweet. The texture is soft and easy to chew. No bad aftertaste, which is good because she is picky. I like that it have important vitamins for growing teen, like Vitamin D and B vitamins. Only thing is the bottle finish fast since she take two a day. But overall, we happy and will buy again!
