Q: Why does this say free of things you don't want but then uses RED 40 dye? That is a major thing many DONT want! I was ready to buy then checked ingredients, glad I did, no red 40 for causing headaches and mood swings coming to this house! :(

My daughter take these Once A Day Teen for Her gummies every morning. She like the taste—fruity but not too sweet. The texture is soft and easy to chew. No bad aftertaste, which is good because she is picky. I like that it have important vitamins for growing teen, like Vitamin D and B vitamins. Only thing is the bottle finish fast since she take two a day. But overall, we happy and will buy again!

I've noticed a real boost in my energy levels since I started taking them. The bottle is easy to open and the gummies are soft and chewy. Contains red 40, yellow 5 and blue 1!!! I was utterly shocked to pull out a couple vitamins and see brightly colored nonsense filling up these vitamins that are supposed to be good for our teen girls going through major developmental changes. I'm thoroughly disappointed that the name brand still contains junk like that. Will be returning. We have legitimately 7 or 8 containers of various gummy vitamins and every single other one uses color from vegetables. Thoroughly disappointed in "1 a Day"

We are on our 2nd bottle and we have them for both of our kiddos. The boys are all loose and freely come out. The 1st bottle of the teen girls was loose as well. This second bottle of teen girls are stuck together and pulling them apart is very difficult. 🤷♀️

I used to take these as a teenager and I would say I turned out pretty healthy. Clearly they are effective and they tasted amazing. They have healthy ingredients and the packaging is good for older kids cost-effective.
