I’ve used other brands with limited success. This one actually works. It makes for a better quality sleep not to mention it controls running nose much better.

bottle design needs work.
I feel like it is less drying and irritating than Flonase. I do not like the finger grip area for spraying. It's way too small and awkward. It needs a bigger area for better grip

Helps Me
I’ve used this for more years than I care to count. It does help with seasonal allergies but it also helps keep nasal polyps in check (they shrink or at least haven’t grown). This helps prevent the need for surgery. Wish it came in 120 dose spray.

Works great! I’ve been taking this as a prescription for years, and I am so happy it is now over the counter. It does take a couple of days to kick in good, but I haven’t had a sinus infection again since I started taking it (I used to get them every year). It doesn’t have the strong floral scent that other nasal sprays have. Note: this is only a 2 week supply. The 120 spray version is a 30 fay version.

Only issue I’ve ever had with allergy nose spray
I bought this for the first time after using Flonase or nasocort for years and years and it made my allergies so much worse. I sneezed nonstop once it went in my nose and it was absolutely miserable. It took me a few days to realize what it was from and then obviously I stopped using it and went back to the other brands but what a waste and frustrating experience considering I bought it for allergies and instead had added allergy symptoms. I never have issues like that either so it’s definitely the Nasonex! It’s nice that it’s less expensive but not in this situation!!

More irritation than the prescription
I was on the prescription version for a while and it worked great. I had no side effects or irritation. I then switched to the OTC version because it was cheaper and I'm now getting burning in my nose and a sore throat after I use it.

The worst part about it, is not being able to sleep at night because I can only breathe through one nostril. Flip over to my other side, the clogged nostril clears and the other one clogs. I blow my nose, but nothing is there. Super frustrating! I usually use Sudafed tablet. Nasonex is life changing! So simple and easy to use. It works almost instantly. Two sprays in each nostril and sweet relief. The post nasal drip tastes a little gross after but that is temporary. Definitely a Nasonex user for life!
