This electric thermo pot uses food grade 18/8 stainless steel to make the inner container so that you can rest assured of its safety. It features a LCD display with night light function for easy operation through which you can know the current water temperature and the display shows five stages of temperature(including 40, 50, 60, 85,98 degree C). This hot water dispenser is equipped with 3 different water dispensing methods:Air pump water outlet & Dispense water outlet & Cup water outlet. It's worth mentioning that the first one can be operated without power. It has a re-boil function to quickly bring water back to boiling. A: Yes, you can set it 8 hours in advance, Press the timer button once, then the screen jumps, press the timer again, press the time you want to set, then wait for the program to automatically confirm, it will jump back to the temperature, and then it will be set.

Stopped Heating
I purchased this product on December, 2024, and now stopped working yesterday in just 6 months. Even though the light is on indicating that it should be heating the water, the water is not heating up. I thought that maybe it could be 'reset' by unplugging it and leaving it overnight, but when I plugged it in again today, it is still not heating the water even though the light indicates that it should be heating up. I am not really happy with the product.

Add hot water, it looks lovely!

Half the price of the Japanese version, but just as good
It's half the price of the Japanese version and works just as well. The only thing that puts me off is the muffled sound the Japanese version makes when boiling. This one is large, easy to clean, and works just as well.

Very good source of hot water.
This is a really handy "hot water kettle" that allows you to have hot water on hand without having to spend money on a dedicated kitchen water heater. We keep it next to the kitchen sink and use it mainly for hot drinks, such as instant coffee. It reaches much higher temperatures than a normal water heater would normally, which is perfect for cooking that requires hot water. If this hot water kettle breaks, I will definitely buy another one. It has been used continuously for several years and is still working like new. The only exception is the air pump that allows you to get water without the need for power. It is completely broken, but we have never used it. The water filling switch next to the water spout is very convenient if you only have one hand to move.

Great water heater/hot water heater!
This water heater is amazing. It does exactly what I want it to do and it's always there. We use it for tea, soup, and especially baby formula. It keeps the water at a constant 160° (to kill bacteria in baby formula, the water needs to be 158° - 160° is plenty). I never have to wait to make milk. I fill half of the water heater with warm water, add the formula, stir, and then add the other half with cold water from the tap. That way I always have a warm bottle ready for my baby. I've had it for almost two years and use it several times a day. When it breaks, I'll buy another one.

I would give it 10 stars if I could. I drink tea more than coffee now. It has three temperature settings and keeps the water at the perfect temperature. We set it to the middle temperature and leave it on 24 hours a day. The electricity bill has not changed at all.

For me, the temperature setting is the most important feature, I use it to make baby formula and 160 degrees is just right.
