  • A: Thank you for the question. The HyperX Cloud Flight headset uses 2.4GHz WiFi. The headset has a range of up to 20 meters (about 65 feet). If you are experiencing interference and are within 65 feet of the router, try relocating your router away from walls, and possibly higher up than currently situated (perhaps on a top shelf?). If you continue to experience interference, please reach out to Support.hp.com.

High quality budget competitive gaming hea dset

I've had this headset over a year and a half. I play on PS5 and it is the best. It is always mechanically sound: it pairs easily and stays paired and connects easily between uses, rarely if ever loses connection, and that's while being in use basically 24/7. Plug and play is dummy proof. It charges quickly and has great battery life (several days from one charge). Sound quality is superb and sufficient for competitive games like Call of Duty where one needs to hear sounds accurately. Mic quality is good. The controls are simple and intuitive, the volume wheel is especially well designed, flicking the sound up or down is both easy and tactiley pleasing. The headset remains comfortable after hours of wear indicating light weight and comfortable design. It is large enough to cover large heads and ears comfortably and the ear pads are plush. It also fits securely on the head is adjustable to a very precise fit. It's quality shows no signs of deterioration after years of heavy use. Truly a standout product from an already great brand, HyperX.

Hyperx Cloud PS5 headphones

Where can I start, I had a bit of trouble with the mic at first, but I’m an idiot and didn’t see how the mic aligned so that is my fault. The reason I got these is because I can’t here the enemy on my tv unless the volume is really high, people in my house have been having a problem with that so I got these, let’s just say u can hear EVERYTHING. It’s scary sometimes haha. Anyhow, I like how the headphones connect to the PS5 and my controllers, it makes it easy to use. It takes a couple hours to charge but then you get a long battery life with it so i guess it’s not that bad. I really like this headset and I’m glad I got it. Another thing that I like about these is it lets you know when you are muted, the red ring around the microphone means mute, and it is easy to see out of the corner of your eye. The headphones fit comfortably and it’s really nice quality.

Absolutely love my new headset. Comfortable and lightweight, I wear this thing for hours and haven't had any discomfort during my gaming sesh. Sound and voice quality are crisp and clear. I would highly recommend and it doesn't break the bank either.
