This is a probiotic fiber supplement that is plant-based. You get 81 Gummies in the bottle. My only complaint is that 81 Gummies would only equal 27 days and it would make more sense to at least have 30 days in the bottle. Other than that, they taste pretty good and they aren’t a super rubbery gummy. There’s potential for getting stuck in your teeth if you don’t chew them fast enough, but other than that, they’re good. They definitely help out with the digestive system as well.

Love that it comes in such a big bottle so it will last. It says you can take up to six within a day. I’ve just been doing three and it seems to get the job done lol

I have bought this multiple times. I love the red ones so much. I think of it as my treat since it does have sugar in it. The orange, however, has this weird aftertaste that I don't care for. I would love if they had all red ones. I would buy all red. Since half are orange, I stopped buying it because I would just eat the red ones and discard the orange ones. They do work sometimes, not always. Sometimes they make me gassy. Would recommend if they removed the orange or give us option to choose bottle of flavor.
