Q: I held down the red button for three seconds it said LOC so I pushed seven and nine in consecutive order for it to say unlock and that doesn’t work as was advised in the Q&A session please inform me this is really getting ridiculous

    Horrible lock feature

    This microwave has a “lock@ function. It has to be the most annoying feature I’ve ever come across for a microwave. If it wasn’t such a hassle I’d return it. You have to push unlock every time before actually opening the microwave.

    Damaged upon arrival. Requested a replacement however im unsure if the second one will also arrive damaged. Kept the broken glass it arrived with because i was told ill still have to return it. I bought it online because i have a bad back and have difficulty carrying this, but somehow still have to do it anyways. The trouble and hassle.     Fine, but the unlock button is ridicoulous

    Good sized microwave and fits well on a counter. Not quite as fast as a larger hanging microwave. However the darn thing has a UNLOCK button that you have to press every single time BEFORE you can then press the ‘open’ button to take your food out. It is extremely annoying.
