So I love to use this milk frother and the best thing is it has two functions so you can have hot or cold milk which is perfect In the pink coffee here I mixed strawberry milkshake powder with it which made it delicious I really like how fast this is simply pour the milk in and off it goes

I called support and they were able to help me fix it. This was concerning with how new it is and that I don’t use it everyday. But I’m glad we got it fixed and hopefully it stays that way!

I had previous coffee machines before but always stopped using it because I was dissatisfied with the taste and quality. I can confidently say that I will continue using my Vertuo Pop for a long time and look forward to trying more coffee flavors. It is extremely easy to use!

But, I believe in flukes and refuse to use any other machine. I can make a latte at home everyday of the week cheaper than I can get it at a coffee shop one time.

I am a coffee addict and i can not go a day without a coffee or latte made with my nespresso! i love all the different pods flavors and most of my friends have nespresso’s as well and if someone doesn’t like a pod flavor we just give it to another person so nothing is wasted! i also love that the pods are ejected into the back which i emptying every one two weeks!

I got it new, was ok at first, then started to break down after 3 months. They sent me a box to repair it, couldn't repair it, so they sent a new one and this one also has problems. There's also one at my office and it has terrible problems. These machines are cheaply made and are terrible quality, at best. The coffee is delicious but the machines just don't work.

I bought the Vertuo Pop machine a month ago. Since my counter space is limited, I selected this machine. The machine is ok. However, if you have the counter space, I would buy the Vertuo Deluxe machine. My brother has it and the machine prepares a better coffee. The cost difference between the 2 is minomal

We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Your Vertuo Pop Plus machine is Bluetooth Compatible, to ensure that the machine continues functioning like it was designed to, we recommend that you pair your machine to your smart device to push through any necessary firmware updates.
