A really good shaver.
It's a really good shaver, I purchased it to replace my very old Philips PT920 shaver. Having used the Philips for years it was an easy decision to purchase another Philips. I would say that my older shaver seems to be better made, the on/off switch is a much better design and all round just feels better quality, ( maybe its a sign of the times). I would still highly recommend the Philips 3000 s3242/12 as its a really good shaver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor is slower and noisey compared to previous norelco razors I have. I would like to have a Smart XL again but I don't think you make it anymore. I have 2 Series 3000 razors and 2 Aquatec (1 red, 1 blue). The red one is good but the replacement heads I have purchased don't seem to work the same as the original. I have used Norelco Razors for many years and many razors but have not been happy with recent models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does an alright job. I have to go over the same spot multiple times to remove hair completely from my head. It is easy to use and clean. The design is user friendly and comfortable to handle. The charge holds for a good amount and even when it does need charging, it doesn't take long.

I don't like the charger connection though - it's hard to make the connection because you can't see the connectors and just have to keep wiggling the shaver around until it eventually finds its spot.

I chose this high rating because this Phillips shaver is very good I like the fact that you can use it in the shower plus it is rechargeable ideal for taking away on holiday this is to replace my old Remington should of brought a Phillips one in the first place very happy with my purchase

Cut well for a few months, but the trimmer attachment stopped cutting completely. I wouldn’t purchase this again.

I've tried other electric razors in the past, but none compared to a razor blade shaver. Then my brother-in-law gave me the S3341/92 wet & dry electric shaver for my birthday. I am a convert! I have been using it every day since then and am very impressed with the closeness and comfort of this electric shaver. I can't think of any reason to go back to a razor blade.

first shave was great after that the blade edges got weaker. not happy at all. shave Heads are not available anywhere to purchase which is a nightmare
