    Two weeks in and still

My energy hasn’t increased and I haven’t lost any weight or inches around my midsection. I continue to eat a high protein low sugar/carb diet, but I have seen no change in my body at all.

    I usually have no issues

The berberine always get stuck in my throat, even if I drink plenty of water. I only tried one bottle and didnt feel anything. I am assuming you would have to take at least 3 bottles but the price keeps me from doing that
