if I could give these zero stars I would.. what a piece of junk.. after about 6 months they refuse to pair to anything, they don't want to charge, if they get the slightest bit of sweat or rain on them or any kind of water, the noise canceling quits working and it starts screaming in your ear, half the time when you go to charge the The headphones in the case, they don't detect it even though they're charging, and the noise canceling microphone start feeding back so that it's squeals.. aracast doesn't work, the noise canceling only works half the time, one of the earbuds audio aware function stopped working so you only hear out of the right ear, it's basically impossible to clean any of the microphone or speaker grills so they clog up.. I got so fed up with mine after a year I just said the heck with it and crushed them with a pair of pliers.. The case is a worthless piece of junk.. they have all these unnecessary features crammed into this device, and you're supposed to be able to access them on a 1-in screen that is hard to read and almost never works right.. your products are getting worse and worse everyday JBL. what is going on? I'm angry because you guys are capable of so much better than this glorified e-waste.

Good Sound quality and sound options my critism is they can fall out of my ears dispite several ear.plug options . The Charging case has some nice features with a display screen.

Great Features and Reliable
I bought these headphones about a year ago or so and I couldn't be happier with them. The controls are amazing, hands free option is a life saver, and the battery life is top tier. I need to use these for work at times and they never let me down. They're amazing for personal use as well.

Amazing sound quality, and fits perfectly
I haven't had the best experience with in ear headphones in the past. They fell out often, and I found myself accidently stopping music or changing settings whenever i moved my hair from near my ears. These headphones have been a very different experience. The fit is amazing. Right out of the box, the ear tips were great, but there are four other sized sets if you need to change. I have not had one fall out yet. And the audio quality is amazing. ANC on a recent flight was soooo good.

Multi functional
I bought these a couple of weeks ago, and they’re settling in nicely. They compare well to some premium over ear headphones I have, and the noise cancelling facility is truly impressive. I really like the talk through ability when using language teaching apps, and would definitely recommend. One of the most impressive points has to be how well they stay comfortably anchored to my ears - an issue that persisted with my old Beats

Purchased after a long search, found in specifications JBL Tour Pro 3 In Ear Mic Wireless Bluetooth Noise Cancelling Headphones, Black, were best on the market for the money. Sound is excellent quality, both buds fit well in my ears, do not know I have them in, the noise cancelling good, clear conversation & talking through microphone on the phone is brilliant, a caller has advised my speech was very clear. I have hearing issues & found I understand the caller better than loud speaker directly from the phone, was always being told I was shouting, yet with JBL Tour Pro 3 ear buds no one has said I was shouting at them. Bluetooth is a very good distance, instant connectivity, so easy to use, battery life is good, quick charge through cradle, also cradle charges quick.

Not very water resistant
I loved these headphones there were amazing until they weren’t. One of the ear buds dropped into a 5ft deep pool and not only did it get so hot I thought it would catch fire, it also created an issue where my other ear bud couldn’t play music or be on a call. It would pause and unpause the music randomly and hang people up. I spent a lot of money on these jus for the left ear bud to fall in a pool and ruin the whole pair. It’s my job to clean the pools so I spent the extra money hoping it would last.

However, it isn't fully water resistant especially against submersion in pool water, which can contain chlorine or other chemicals that may harm the unit. The overheating you described is unusual, and the resulting malfunction of the other earbud suggests the system may have been compromised by moisture or a short circuit. Given your line of work, you might want to look into truly waterproof earbuds (rated IPX7 or higher like the JBL Endurance Peak 2 and 3 or JBL Endurance Race 2) if you need reliable performance around pools. nice looking item, but ear pods are really big and wouldn't fit in my ear plus it would not link up with my phone. Too bad because it was really nice.

To link up your JBL Tour Pro 3 TWS to your mobile device, make sure the earbuds are in pairing mod,e and the LED is blinking blue quickly. If not, reset them by tapping either side twice while wearing, then hold the third tap for 5 seconds, place them back in the case, and try again. Dual capacity ear buds.
I purchased these, JBL, ear buds for my Grandson for CHRISTMAS. I KNEW, nothing about them. He, is in the Music business. He LOVED THEM !! HE, described all the features and quality and said they were the best. Dual, stereo quality. He raved about them. He, could not believe I purchased them. Says the quality is unbelievable!! All, I know is everyone has them. He swears they are TOP Notch!! Guess, Gramma did good. I just knew, JLB WAS GOOD QUALITY.

Mistakes were made
I bought this one month ago and is without a doubt the worst pair of headphones I’ve ever owned, and is one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The left bud never worked and the complications with my warranty means there’s no way to fix them or get a replacement pair. Now, not even the right earbud works and I’ve tried troubleshooting everything. I would recommend thinking twice before buying JBL headphones or earbuds despite being a long term User of their speakers.

I just open the package and seems like they sent me a used set. It’s missing an earbud and also the new seals are broken. No where on the page said it was gonna be refurbished or open item. Sold by a 3rd party. I want my money back

Best set I’ve ever had!
Recently purchased these and have been using them for a week or two now. Absolutely love them! Massive improvement over the tour pro 2 which I also loved! I use them almost everyday at the gym and never have to worry about them falling out or overhearing anyone else with the top tier noise cancelling!

Using it for few weeks now. Pros + sound quality + mic quality + connect case to 3.5 jack and see movies is nice cons - smart charging case cant stand upright in a table - smart charging case touch needs hard touch to respond - max volume can be improved a bit more
