    Connectivity is Awful

    I bought my Momentum TW4s about six months ago and was very excited to give them a try; I had heard great things about Sennheiser’s sound quality and fit and I couldn’t wait to try them myself. While I can say the sound and ANC are quite good, I have been unable to consistently use this product because they simply will not reliably connect to any device. I fight with these earbuds legitimately every other time I attempt to use them, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason for how to resolve their connectivity issue (forgetting the device and re-pairing, reinstalling firmware updates, draining the battery, etc.). Now, six months in, I am completely unable to connect these earbuds to any device. Perusing online message boards, it sounds like this is a common issue for users. This has been so disappointing because I do really like the sound quality, but I don’t know how I can buy another Sennheiser product after this one.

    Easy to Set Up, Comfortable Fit, and Amazing Sound

    These headphones were very straightforward to set up. It took a couple of minutes for them to appear on Bluetooth, but once they did, pairing was quick and hassle-free. I really like that they include multiple earbud sizes — everyone’s ears are different, and the standard size felt slightly large for me, so having smaller options made a big difference in comfort. The charging case feels solid and well made without being bulky, which is great for carrying in a bag or pocket. Sound quality is excellent, and the noise cancellation genuinely works. I tested it on the lowest setting and could faintly hear someone talking nearby, but the words weren’t clear at all. If you’re looking to fully tune out and enjoy music, podcasts, or calls without distractions, these headphones do the job perfectly.

    garbage brand

    I am a fan of this brand and have been using its products for over ten years. However, in recent years, the wireless earphones (I have CX True Wireless, MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 and MOMENTUM True Wireless 4 ) all have had issues. especially this product, it started having problems after using it for less than half a year. Now I try to contact for warranty, ask me from uk send to Germany and need to prepaid UPS label. I don't want to pay more for this garbage brand. I and very disappointed with this brand. its quality has been very poor in recent years, and I will not use this brand anymore.

    Horrible experience w/ the product

    Only problems after 2 months (no sync, and / or no charging) and even randomly onle hearing at one side at times. No definitive solution has been delivered to solve those problems. Absolute waste of money. Never more Sennheiser again.

    Painful to wear

    Hurts my ears to wear for even less than 30 mins. Has ringing noise when you take it out/put it in. It's just not good for a decent listening experience.

    Flawless Sound

    Purchased the Sennheiser Gen. 4 was so impressed I bought my Sister a pair before the Update which drastically improved features and bass response. Musical response is epic and Gaming with zero latency gives a proper soundstage for response.

    My Perfect Audio Companion

    I get fantastic sound wherever I go with these earphones – whether I'm on a train, a bus, or simply walking around. The transparent hearing feature is brilliant for safety when I'm on the move, and it's comforting to know I can make an emergency call with just a touch if needed. Yet, the sound quality remains incredibly natural and never causes listening fatigue, even after hours of use.     Sounds amazing , Bluetooth drivers are not good

    I bought these twice, because i lost my first pair. I have never come across a pair of headphones that sound this good, as far as sound quality, battery life, design goes these things are right up there with the best wish i could give it 5 stars. With that said the connection software, and driver foundation is garbage, connection issues, sound going out, random switching between devices, not being recognized when turned on. One headphone having sound and not the other, pairing mode coming on randomly. this was the case across both the original and replacement. I asked around hoping it was just my bad luck that i got two pairs of duds, but this is the case for many people. i also have the over ear momentum 4 and it has similar issues. Please rethink your Bluetooth software and drivers for the 5th version would love to buy a pair but not if it has the same Bluetooth issues.

    Great noise cancelling

    I liked these headphones a lot, but they just did not fit my extremely small ears. I always need an over-ear clip on any Sennheiser, because my ears will not hold earbuds like that. Wish they had worked for me! I liked the design and colors. Cool features as well. I also found the touch commands difficult to adjust to because they are quite sensitive.

    Stopped working

    Purchased Nov 2023, at ~ 1 year the right ear stopped working and now the left ear (April 2025) just keeps repeating power on- power on and that is all you hear. Otherwise, great sound. For the price should have lasted longer. So disappointed.

    i bought these about a year ago and ended up losing them and i was in need of another pair so i just bought these again i do enjoy them and it almost completely takes away all of my jobs noise i landscape so im on a mower and weedeating alot and these have completely clear audio even with that going on
