Not worth goes, went out in the first week-stop working. Doesn't get very hot.

This heating pad was on the more expensive side compared to others that I had seen online so I figured it would be better. I was wrong. The reviews are correct. This thing isn’t consistent. Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it’s not. It doesn’t always get warmer on higher settings. It’s very frustrating. And then sometimes it stops and the red light just blinks. I am definitely returning this and getting one that has excellent reviews that’s $12 cheaper (a different retailer). I am giving this product two ⭐️ ⭐️ rather than just one star because it *sometimes* works. Save your time and money.

This heating pad does NOT get hot enough on the highest temperature as it should......lukewarm at best on all temps. Disappointed!!

Solid heating pad still works like a dream

This heating pad is incredible! I could not have gotten through my back flair up without it. I love the aqua color, how big and soft it is, and how warm it gets. I have 3 of them and don't regret it. I cannot recommend this brand enough.

I purchased the XL Grey heating pad nearly 2 years ago. I use it daily. Was very happy until a couple of days ago, when it started showing an "F" in the display. Luckily, the company agreed to replace it with my proof of purchase. Thank Pure Enrichment

Dang .. this heating pad really stinks bad of chemicals! Hopefully smell goes away over time? But also wonder if I’m exposed to bad chemicals. Otherwise it seems to heat up fast and works. It’s just been 2 days of use.

Just purchased this and as soon as I got home, I unwrapped it and plugged it in. Waited 10-15 minutes for it heat up and it never did. It blinked red the whole time. I googled it as this product didn’t come with any instructions and red blinking light means error with connection. Checked it all and everything was connected. It also looks used. I am returning it asap.

First I want to hype and compliment Pure Enrichment’s usual heating pads. This brand has comfortable, washable, large incredible sizes, and have 5 year warranty… but they die after a year or two showing a yellow blinking F on display that renders the product irreparably broken. Specific to this brand’s specific item being rated. I meant to purchase the good 24”x24” but got tripped up unfortunately ordering this 12”x24” size, heating pad by pure enrichment. I used it less than three hours total before it broke. It was barely “hot” at max setting to begin with, but it just stopped working and now constantly blinks the bright red bulb in the controller. It won’t stop, change selection, or power off. I have to unplug the whole unit to stop the blinking. In short—this is a complete trash, you’ll have to return it or submit a claim using the 5 year warranty included. [Pure Enrichment brand has heating pads of many size, level and length of heat, cushy & soft fuzzy exterior… and machine washable]… But do not buy THIS model/item, it’s bad engineering and worse quality. Upgrade to the real products, the comfortable and best heating pad I will ever find, but save your receipt in case you do have to use the 5 year warranty if it dies on you early.

Great products, have purchased multiple XL and XXL heating pads for my self and family members over the past 15 years. Love the 2 hour turn off and the continuous on option which helps with arthritis, etc.

Does not heat up. The highest setting is warm. Will be returning.

Does not get hot at all

I was in need of a heating pad for my lower hip area, ordered this heating pad it had positive reviews! But they couldn’t have been talking about this one cause I bought it this morning to use at work but it is a waste of money doesn’t even get hot!! Will be returning right after work TODAY

Large enough to cover my back but also flexible enough to fold in half. Light weight,soft and easy to clean. Looking forward to my Therapeutic Gel Pack for my sports enthusiast son.

I’ve bought 4-6 of these heating pads from this brand. I’ve had 2 go out on me. Two were a gift and one I’m waiting for in the mail currently. I have a pink one that I swear doesn’t get as hot as the other ones I’ve bought. I love the timer function and they’re great when they work. It’s a toss up for me.

We have had this pad for ages. It’s wonderful. It has had zero problems or issues. Heavy enough to stay in place… it’s a bonus for our old dog. On low he loves to crawl under it… or just pop on top. It does wonders for my messed up knees… is wonderfully soothing for stomach issues. On cold days it’s just really nice to have around. My only “want” for this pad is for it to have a timer setting so that I can have it stay on for longer periods of time.

Very good heating pad! Bought for my husband for extreme back pain and was helpful with easing the nerve and muscle pain.
