Pure heating pad
This heating pad didn’t last long, less than a year before it showed a letter F on control and never worked again. It’s too late to return it but had I known I would have never bought it especially for this price. My previous one lasted 10 or 15 years. It was not this brand. I will not buy from this company again.

Not A Heating Pad
This “heating” pad doesn’t heat. It warms, very gently, but only if on the highest setting, and then only briefly. Yuk! It’s going back.

Ah, MUCH better
When you get sciatica, everything hurts. A heating pad is helpful. A heating pad that is comfy, a good size, safe and reliable is essential. PureRelief helped make the recovery a bit better.

Not worth it.
The heating pad is good the plug on the heating pad that unplugs is too big and gets in the way (washable feture is a waste of time)

excellent product, i’m shocked by the recent 1* reviews. i’ve had mine for about 18 months now and use it every day. works the same every time, heats up evenly and well, it’s super soft, and you can put it in the wash. the only time i’ve ever gotten the “F” is while unplugging the cord to put it in the wash; as soon as i plug it back in, it goes back to normal. if you’re seeing that, it probably isn’t plugged in to the pad all the way. i can’t recommend it enough. even if it breaks today i would have gotten my money’s worth and would buy a new one.

Awful and really needed this item
Welp gotta return. It does not get hot at all. The highest setting feels like lukewarm water and even then I think that has more zing.

Unreliable
Loved it for about 1 year and now it gives me a blinking ‘F’. This is the second one I’ve purchased that this has happened to. I'm not sure I will buy this brand again. Money does the drain twice.
