I have thyroid issues and seems to be helpful. I have found my hair and nails to be growing thicker and fuller as well, I feel like that is from the supplement.

Misinformation
I ordered the 60 capsule bottle thinking it was a 2 month supply. As that was what was printed above it. It turns out that bottle is only a one month supply. Very disappointed. I was trying not to order from Amazon and get it directly from the company. I guess I will not be doing that.👎

My life back
I decided to give it a shot after reading the reviews. Many people have said that after utilizing them, they "had their life back." I was skeptical at first, but eager to give it a shot. I RECEIVED MY LIFE BACK! For numerous years, I've been taking Levothyroxine. After a while, I gained weight, started losing my hair, was constantly fatigued, had no interest in hobbies, and didn't care to do any of the things I used to enjoy. My thyroid levels were normal, according to my doctor. So I gave this supplement a shot. After a week or two of regular doses, I observed a significant increase in energy, a decreased need for as much sleep, a tendency to get up with the alarm rather than hitting snooze numerous times, and an 8-pound weight loss. Healths Harmony, thank you, thank you!

Wife feels great
Excellent.... Since I started giving it to my wife, along with the Adrenal supplement (three months), to help her improve the function of her thyroid, I haven't had to use the tiroxina medication. She feels great, even better than when she took the tiroxin.

Effective For Me
I have PMDD and attempted birth control for a year, but it only made things worse (weight gain, break outs, migraines, heavy period, psychological side effects including extreme anxiety, insomnia). I began investigating hormonal imbalance and discovered hypothyroidism, as well as managing estrogen and progesterone levels. I've had amazing benefits after taking this for three months: better sleep, regular menstrual periods, and weight loss (Ive been struggling to lose 5 lbs and this supplement helped curb my appetite and improved my metabolism). To be completely transparent, I take two thyroid support capsules and one DIM capsule. I would strongly advise people to see their doctors before using this supplement, however I can personally attest that it is quite effective for me!!

Addressing hyperthyroidism
I have hypothyroidism, and despite taking my medication, I continued to have weariness, low energy, and mental fog until I tried this. I finished my first bottle and noticed a significant difference! I no longer have any of my symptoms. More energy, focus, and a 7-pound weight loss I have a great night's sleep and am ready to tackle a new busy day.
