Never buying willow products again

It stopped working in less than 2 months. It really deserves less than a star but you get what you pay for. Right?

Great Product and service!

I absolutely love my Willow 12-cup coffee maker — it looks great and brews perfectly every time. When the carafe cracked, the support team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the replacement process. It's rare to find a company that stands so solidly behind their product. Highly recommend!
