Terrible longevity Dont buy
Worked great until it didnt. Got this as a replacement for a old model and i thought i did my research but turns out I have been duped like many others reviewing this product. Got this last year for christmas and today I get it out set it up start cooking go to change the temp and it went into blink mode and is bricked. Unplugging it does nothing. Forcing a reset does nothing. This feels like yet another piece of technology that now companies want you to buy a new one of ever 1 to 2 years. Well I wont be buying again.

Warm not hot
After an hour on high the food was warm. Another hour, still just warm. After two hours, I put the food in the oven at 350 and in one hour it was done. It doesn't seem to get to a cooking temperature. I have used other slow cookers and this one is just too slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this crockpot until it stopped heating up. It worked great, using it a couple times a month for the past 8 months. Now it won't heat up. The display comes on and it looks like it's working but my food is cold :(

Great 7 Qt Digital Slow Cooker
I am loving my new Black+Decker 7 Qt Digital Slow Cooker. Love Matte Black and the lock down lid. I used this to make bone broth, and this helped to make more, got 8 jars out of it rather than my 4qt slow cooker only got 3 jars. Haven't used the chalk yet.

High function didn’t work, but eventually cooked.
We got this as a gift to replace an older one. The first time we used it, the low setting ended to cook well, but the high setting didn’t cook, but kept it warm. Also, it till the crockpot 11 hours to get the 1 inch potatoes cooked to tender, and I’m sure that’s not normal. Perhaps we received one that needs repaired. I don’t know. I’ll adjust my review if this changes.

Stopped heating up after a month's use.
Cooker worked great while it still heated up. Nothing was wrong with the device until it stop heating up.

Do not recommend
Used this brand new slow cooker for the first time. Half way through cooking, I tried to change the settings and the screen kept flashing and would no longer work. Buttons would Not work and this crock pot is now useless.

A great slow cooker I can always count on with a wonderful finish on the out side to make it slip resistant. I love throwing a beef roast in with pepperocini peppers and knowing that dinner will be ready when I get back home.
