    Caution: Vitamin B6 can cause vivid dreams, sleep inertia, and insomnia

    Although Vitamin B6 has been shown to help with sleep, excessive supplementation with Vitamin B6 can have the opposite effect. Supplementation with Vitamin B6 can cause vivid dreams and sleep inertia - waking up feeling like you're still in a dream state. This is a *very* uncomfortable feeling where it's tough to distinguish between sleep and wake. Fortunately, this uncomfortable feeling wears off after an hour or so, but will interrupt and ruin sleep. So, the net result will be the opposite of what is desired - insomnia and not even wanting to sleep to avoid sleep inertia. Imagine a child experiencing these symptoms but not knowing the reason why or how to explain this. Imagine the long-term consequences of insomnia. Thus, I would highly discourage supplementation with Vitamin B6 at high doses, especially right before bed.

    Melatonin Gummy

    I have trouble getting myself to wind down to fall asleep. I’ve tried all kinds of different ways to do this but the only thing that’s worked is MRO Melatonin Gummies. I take two and in about 10 minutes I cannot keep my eyes open! I sleep soundly through the night and wake feeling refreshed. I cannot recommend these gummies enough.     Great to help you sleep
