Better than previous versions but lidar not working well
I bought this product because it's supposed to avoid chords and getting stuck using LiDAR and smart AI well immediately got stuck and got wrapped up in chords so not impressed so far I'm letting it run around the house now I would say the self cleaning feature is a plus that seems to work well

Don't bother
Customer service with out a receipt after the 9 whole month it worked before it broke was junk, doesn't store water on the robot just streaks around with dirty pads, the app is absolute junk if and when it works, dock works poorly constanly thinks there is a problem with dirty water.

Dweilen werkt voor geen meter
Ik heb voor de 2e keer problemen met de robot. De eerste keer werkte een dweil binnen een half jaar niet meer en bij de 2e dweilt hij niet doordat hij op een harde stenen vloer continue tapijt detecteert dat er niet is. Op het filmpje staat de robot in dweilstand, maar dweilt niet en rijdt overal tegenaan. Dock is dicht in de buurt. In de app zie ik dat hij continue overal tapijt detecteert, maar zoals jullie zien is het gewoon een harde vloer zonder tapijt

Save your money and your time by not buying this
This is the worst product ever. I spend more time troubleshooting this thing than it would take me to vacuum my home myself. Constant connection issues, multiple errors, gets lost easily and stuck, does not avoid objects on floor at all, scuffs furniture, and the mop function was defective. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this product.

I would never buy from iRobot again
Avoid this company at all costs. I bought their supposed top-end model, the j9+ Combo, and it was a total disaster for my household. After an exhausting year-long support battle spanning over 60 emails and three failed repair attempts, they finally sent a replacement.Somehow, the replacement is even worse.Instead of replacing mine with the comparable 705 Max Combo, their "amazing" customer service downgraded me to a mid-range Roomba Plus 505 Combo. This model completely lacks an onboard water tank, which is a massive feature downgrade from the j9+ I actually paid for. To make matters worse, this "new" replacement arrived with scuff marks and literal missing parts.Their claim of "responsive customer support" is an absolute lie. You deal with a single representative who replies once a week, sometimes on a Sunday, using robotic, AI-generated templates that just echo your complaints, say "I understand," and offer zero help.They do not stand behind their products or their warranties. If you still choose to buy from them, good luck. You will need it.

Ao fim de 6 meses avariou, o contacto com apoio ao cliente é difícil, e de uma forma estranha estão sempre a enrolar atreves de emails. Ao fim de 3 semanas com o I robot avariado lá me enviaram o endereço para enviar o equipamento. Nisto já se passou 1 mês. Acredito que quando o robot chegara da reparação, isto e se chegar, que vai voltar com a mesma avaria. Se fosse hoje nunca teria comprado o Robot

Appareil à prendre en main. Une fois la cartographie effectuée, on peut lui demander de nettoyer certaines pièces uniquement. J'ai encore une incompréhension avec la sélection des pièces et/ ou des meubles 😳. On peut choisir le mode de nettoyage selon les besoins. J'ai un problème avec la mise en mode basse consommation ; il lui arrive parfois lorsque j'appuie sur le bouton de se lancer et de faire une réorientation avant nettoyage. Il y a toujours un claquement du clapet de fixation de la brosse lorsqu'il se déplace ; ça ne nuit pas au nettoyage, j'espère que ça ne provoquera pas de panne à l'avenir !

Impressive so far
Have been using Roomba for the past few weeks, I am impressed so far. Mapping the whole place in the beginning took some effort, It took me 3 attempts to fully map all areas (still hasn't mapped the bathroom fully). Adding custom zones & rooms is a good feature though, so it can still clean & mop the whole place. Happy with the value of the product & cleans as well as any human with a vacuum cleaner. Highly recommend it but would really appreciate if it gets better at mapping & improve battery health.

I wish I bought it sooner!
Easy set up. The app is simple and very informative. The Roomba works great and saves me a lot of time and effort, especially with 2,200 SF of luxury vinyl flooring to keep vacuumed and mopped. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to reduce their workload. My floor looks beautiful.

Not my favorite.
The amount of times it has to recalibrate or get stuck is crazy!! It’s also not lifting much up dirt wise. It’s nice to have the mop but sometimes the pads don’t drop back down so it’s not actually mopping. Overall not a great experience

Je n'arrive pas a utiliser l'application et difficulté pour créer la cartographie de l'appartement. Ne sélectionne pas les pièces une par une. et ne va pas dans tous les coins. Trés déçu de ce robot

Disappointed.
Stopped working after like 4 cleaning routines. Can’t tell where it is or where home is. Rebooted and reconnected to WiFi a few times and no help. Wish it cleaned like it did the first few times.

Fonce dans les pieds des meubles et perte cartographies
Mon robot perd ses cartographies de façon aléatoire et fonce dans les pieds de mes meubles. Le service client m'a demandé des photos et des vidéos que j'ai faites pour prouver ce que je disais!!! Le retour au service réparation a été demandé, mais rien n'a changé. Forcément, ils ont créé une carte sans meubles et ils n'ont pas pris connaissance de mes vidéos, donc j'ai passé du temps à les faire pour rien. Finalement, mon robot ne répond pas aux attentes de mon achat. Irobot a de la chance d'avoir une bonne réputation sur le marché car le robot n'est pas du tout à la hauteur.

Très pratique
très pratique pour faire un nettoyage global sans perte de temps. Peut-être manque t il un vrai mode d'emploi pour comprendre tous les modes de fonctionnement. J'aurais aimé un bouton on/off pour éviter de laisser l'appareil tout le temps sous tension ( risque pour la batterie ??), obliger de débrancher l'appareil. Je verrai dans le temps la durée de vie de la batterie
