New formula is no good
Please bring back the old formula - I’ve been trying to figure out why my eyes have been constantly watering and have found that I am allergic to the new formula. I have used this mascara for many many years and loved it so am super bummed about this new formula

This no longer works for me
I have used Full n Sofy very black waterproof mascara for about 15 years. I’ve tried others and always come back to my tried and true. But the new formula ain’t it. It clumps, it dries out faster, and my lashes don’t stay curled. Please please please bring back the old formula!!

If it ain’t broke…
The new formula is terrible. Been using this mascara for decades and suddenly it’s stickier, clumps lashes together, doesn’t separate well anymore, or create the long-wearing “full and soft” effect it always used to. So sad to have to go find a new mascara after years of being the biggest fan of this one :(

Disappointed
Have used this since 1999 the last 6 or so I have bought have been clumping and drying out within 3 weeks I would usually replace it every 3 months or so for the last 27 years I read the formula has been changed now I know why can't leave well enough alone was a great product

I miss this in BROWN
The reformulation isn't the best, but most importantly, I need this mascara in BROWN. The black is too harsh for when I just want to look awake and put-together.

Only one color
This was hands down the best mascara I had ever used. No flaking, smearing or irritation. When Maybelline discontinued this mascara in Brown, I had to start looking for a similar mascara. I'm still looking. Every other Maybelline mascara, and other brands as well, flake miserably.
