The only mascara I buy!! Even on curled lashes, lashes stay in place and don't "fall" as some mascaras do. Lasts all day! 5 stars. Only negative is it's so powerful (it's waterproof) so it's a bit hard to remove.

Only one color
This was hands down the best mascara I had ever used. No flaking, smearing or irritation. When Maybelline discontinued this mascara in Brown, I had to start looking for a similar mascara. I'm still looking. Every other Maybelline mascara, and other brands as well, flake miserably.

Beyond disappointed with the reformulation !
I’ve been using this mascara for years and it has been the best brush and formula. They reformulated it and my latest tube has dried out, clumped, and performed so poorly on my lashes after only a week of use. I am SO disappointed!!!! I’d rather pay more for the original formula than have to go back to the drawing board of finding a new mascara! Must everything fall victim to shrinkflation and reforumlation!!? I won’t be repurchasing.

Please bring back the waterproof full 'n soft brownish black color!!! I have used this for years and the brownish black seems to no longer be available. The black is just too harsh for those of us with lighter colored hair and features. So disappointed that I will most likely have to go look for another style or brand of mascara to get the brownish black color. I really like the soft feel of the full 'n soft mascara. So bummed!!!

It is so sad ( and difficult to understand why) this mascara has been discontinued. It was truly one of the best I've ever used. Im searching for a replacement now but so far I'm not impressed with what I have read.

One of the best mascaras
I've been using this Maybelline Full & Soft mascara for over 20 years, and it’s been a staple in my makeup routine. It always defined my lashes beautifully, makes them naturally long, never thick or clumpy, and left them feeling soft and natural. I regularly get compliments on my lashes, and I’ve always credited this mascara. The brush is one of the best out there, it’s easy to use and gives great control during application. That said, I’ve been a bit disappointed lately. The formula seems drier than it used to be, and it doesn’t apply as smoothly or last as long. I’m not sure if something changed, but it’s not quite the same product I’ve loved for so many years. I really hope Maybelline brings back the original formula or addresses this, because it’s been one of the best mascaras I’ve ever used. I really hope this is just a temporary issue, because I’d love to keep using this mascara for many more years to come.x
