The shampoo for pretty much anyone. The thing I love about this formula is it gets your hair super clean but also leaves it feeling moisturized and looking shiny. It's hard to find a shampoo, particularly a sulfate-free shampoo, that can do both so well.

How to:
1. Depending on the thickness of your hair, squeeze a dime to quarter-sized amount of shampoo into your palm.
2. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather.
3. Rinse clean and repeat if necessary.
Tip: If my hair is extra oily or has a lot of product in it, I like to shampoo twice.

Both products are super gentle yet leave my hair feeling sooo clean, soft, and refreshed. I love that they are sulfate-free and safe for everyday use — they don’t strip my hair at all. The shampoo gives a nice cleanse without making my scalp feel dry, and the conditioner makes my hair smooth and shiny without weighing it down. The scent is light and clean, not overpowering. Amazing volume

I have very dry hair and suffered from dandruff a little bit so the shampoo is perfect for it and only does it give me value takes away my freeze but my scalp is its itch free hands down has amazing volume . Not the worst but not the best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Kristin Ess's signature shampoo, and I have to say it's been a bit of a neutral experience for me. Unfortunately, it hasn't helped with my hair loss, but on the bright side, it hasn't made it worse either. On the plus side, my hair has been looking great - it has a lovely, effortless drop that's made it a breeze to brush and style. The packaging is also a standout - it's high-quality and eye-catching, and you can tell just by looking at it that this is a premium product. As someone with dry hair, I think this shampoo is just okay for me. It doesn't seem to add any extra moisture, but it doesn't dry it out more than other shampoos either. I'd give it a 3/5 on the dryness scale. I've only used it twice, so I can't say for sure if it's a long-term solution, but so far, it's just an average shampoo for me. My only real gripe is the scent - it's quite strong and not really my thing. I'd give it 3/5 stars for the smell; it's a bit too overpowering for me. Overall, I'd say this shampoo is decent, but not a game-changer. Rating: 3.5/5 stars.

It’s a good shampoo that lathers really well and makes sure your hair is clean but not lacking moisture. The package has zip-up technology, designed to better the appearance of slip ends and smooths damaged hair cuticle. It’s free of parabens, sulfates and phthalates. Despite some reviews online, I haven’t notice hair shedding at all and my hair is super soft and moisturized.

Better than High end, expensive brands

I've been alternating this shampoo and conditioner set with other high-end brands, and this product is NUMBER ONE. It makes my hair incredibly soft, the shampoo lathers well, and the scent is amazing; it helps me relax after a long day at work. What truly impressed me the most is how incredibly soft my hair is after drying. With other high-end shampoos/conditioners, my hair is usually dry and prone to breakage after drying. But not with the Kristen Ess Signature shampoo and conditioner set! I will forever be a fan of this product and will give up other expensive brands to only use this one. I haven't noticed much hair loss either.
