Poor quality. Leaking after few weeks.
Poor adapter material and quality. The filter started leaking after 50 days. The filter could be secured more. They advertise it for easy replacement but you may only need to change it once every few months. Not recommended.

Brita faucet mount
They are good quality but the faucet mount has been a challenge at times by leaking regular water while in a filtered position. Although the level indicates it has more time (green color versus red). A gasket maybe needed on certain faucets which they include in these kits. We have been customers for many years.

You get what you pay for.
The first faucet filter, we thought was defective. It was difficult to switch from filtered to nonfiltered with the switch. It was hard to turn. I think it was just installed incorrectly. The second faucet filter we purchased worked well for 15 months. It definitely filtered the chlorine out of the water. Our water tastes good and smells good when using the filter. After 15 months the faucet filter started leaking. When the water filter was replaced on the leaking faucet filter, the red button did not turn green. My husband purchased our 3rd faucet filter today. Everything is back to working well. Water tastes great. I'm happy to have great tasting water for our family and pets for $30 per 15 months.

Broke easily during the process of trying to make sure it was secure on the faucet. I had it installed by an experienced person. These are made with exceptionally cheap materials now and not at all what they were when they originally came out. Returning.

Broken
Have had for almost a year was loving it until it started leaking! Took it apart to see what the issue was and the twisting mechanism broke and was stuck on my sink nozzle. Now I am going to either go without, find a new filter brand or buy a whole new faucet system because I have extra filters.

Maybe it's defective
I am not happy with this purchase. I purchased this filteration system on December 6th and installed it on the same day to my kitchen sink. By December 24th I noticed that it needed to be replaced (there was a little sliver of green showing on the indicator).There is no way in the this universe that me and my small family used anywhere close to 100 gallons of water in 2 weeks. I went ahead and purchased a replacement filter and installed it on December 26th. The replacement filter indicator never reset to green. It's still showing red.

After changing the filter it is still red. It was taken off, cleaned etc.

Poor threading.
I bought this less then a week ago and it’s seal is VERY weak. It will not stay attached to my faucet and will fall off periodically even with it being screwed on all the way.

To many issues...
I've purchased 2 of these first one lasted a few month's before the knob that turns it off and on broke. Then I purchased another one cause I had extra filters still so this was working great the knob actually turns a lot easier but then time to replace filter and the red sensor won't reset 🙃 ...

Faucet filter with LED on top leaks after 2 months
I had a Brita faucet mount filter for years and loved it. After 5-6 years it started to leak and I replaced it with another one, but the original one had the LED on the face of the unit while the new one has the LED on top of the unit. The new one has only lasted 2 months before it started leaking, and it is leaking more than the original one.

Don't buy. Constantly breaking too early.
This system keeps breaking. These things used to last a lot longer, at least several months. But the filters pop gaskets or something after just 2 weeks!

Convenient, but poorly designed
I was given this as a housewarming gift and loved the idea that I could get Brita filtered water without needing to keep a pitcher in my rather small refrigerator. I love the convenience of the product but the filter replacement indicator broke rather early on and the handle has always been very difficult to turn. It broke off completely and now the product is useless being stuck in the off-position. Needs improvement on the design and material choices.

Breaks after 5 months
Bought the elite faucet mount in February of this year. The filters never click in right and water sprays everywhere even after it "clicks" in. And now piece that goes around faucet where the screen is now is cracked and leaking water out of there. Still have 2 more replacement filters that I won't be able to use if I buy a different brand!
