The 15-inch Tilt-n-Fold™ griddle offers convenience and versatility for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It easily adjusts from a level cooking surface for eggs and pancakes to a tilted surface for draining meats. Simple flip-down levers tilt the grilling surface to drain meat while cooking. For compact storage, just fold in the legs and the drip tray locks in place. Griddle fits neatly in most standard 18-inch cabinets. Heavy cast aluminum griddle with nonstick cooking surface assures stick-free cooking and easy cleaning. The desired cooking temperature is maintained automatically with the Control Master® heat control. Slide-out drip tray removes for quick cleanups, and the griddle is fully immersible with the heat control removed.

Q: Can you tell me the dimensions of the cooking surface? And is it dishwasher safe?

A: The Presto website lists the cooking surface dimensions as 13.75 X 13.39 and states that it is "fully immersible with the heat control removed." The instruction manual for this griddle, which also available at their website, states "To maintain the appearance of the griddle do not wash it in the dishwasher.:

A: Yes, you may cook steak and burgers on your Presto® Tilt n Fold® electric griddle. Burgers will take 8-12 minutes, depending on your preference of "doneness". We recommend setting the dial to 325-375 degrees. Steaks will take about 6-20 minutes set at 350-400, again, depending on your likeness. Instructions are included and have thickness and times for rare to well done. If you have any questions or need help with a recipe, please reach out to our Customer Service Department. I received this griddle as a gift from my brother. Overall I love it enough to buy it as a gift as well. The tilt feature is great for draining esp for Bacon, Burgers etc. I use it at least 2-3 times per week. Literally my only complaint is a potential safety issue. (reason for taking away a star) I've noticed that after emptying the drip tray during cooking it does not want to stay in place afterwards. I've had it fall out and splash hot grease on myself and floor. Could just be a fluke on mine but just noting as a buyer beware.

So far, I really like this griddle. It’s great for small spaces and smaller families/couples. The cooking is even, fast, and the clean up is a breeze. I’ve only used it once, so we will see how long the nonstick finish lasts, but otherwise, I highly recommend.

Life changing. We had been purchasing the griddles that span two burners on your stove but after the second one from two different manufacturers warped, I threw in the towel. This little griddle is actually incredibly spacious giving me the ability to quickly make pancakes for my family of five. Incredibly easy clean up even after greasy bacon and easy to store. Best product ever. Really you won’t be disappointed.

This is an excellent griddle. Great quality and sturdy. Grilled cheese and pancakes brown evenly. Eggs cook well and do not stick to the surface of the griddle. Lots of cooking area too. So far, this has worked great. Love the fold-away feature,so it's easy to find a place to keep it stored. Took a bit to figure out how the 'tilt' works. There were no directions with it. Also, wish it would have come with a small little 'suggested recipes' booklet. Many items like this do. Also, wish it had suggested items next to the temperature control, as a guide as to what temp to use for different items you might be trying.
