As an elderly widow I needed help doing my floors. The SpinWave has solved my problem! It is lightweight and extremely easy to use. At age 83 I am thrilled and excited to be able to keep up with keeping my floors clean!

I only had this cordless mop for approximately 2 years, which I had another steam mop so I did not use this mop for the fast cleaning. First of all it is heavier then I expected. The other day I charged it two different times, because it did not work. I spent all this money and it quit working. Don't buy.

I was a little apprehensive about the 20 minute battery life but it has not been an issue thus far. You need a break after using it that long. We are going to experiment with other cleaning solutions to hopefully find one with less residue. So far we are very pleased.

The machine does the scrubbing for me and does a good job. Being able to throw the reusable pads into the washing machine is a plus. I really like not having a cord to deal with and I didn't want a machine that kept me buying disposable pads.
This is my 2nd one of these. The first one lasted 6 years.

All the parents love them and have told us it's a big upgrade from the regular mops they were using. The SpinMop propels itself and saves their backs and shoulders from strain. I love this when I first bought it. I didn't overuse it whatsoever because I moved so it was stored away for years as it was not needed where I was staying. So given that it barely got used much I am surprised that the battery charge does not hold and it takes really long to charge. Also the liquid has started leaking from the mop without pressing the spray button. And lastly one of the Spinners just stopped working
I am going to purchase one for the second time.

I have had one with the cord for almost 8 years. I like how it just glides on my hard floors. I am in my 80's, don't want to be pushing and pulling a mop! I liked it so much I purchased one for each of my granddaughters. It just started having problems with the spinning, so I am considering ordering another one for myself !

I love Bissell and all that it stands for. However, this product lacks in the battery charge department. I have 2 dogs and do a lot of home pet sitting; I purchased this item because it was rechargeable and allowed me to clean my home without the worry of tripping over the cord, or having one of the dogs trip and pull it out of the socket. I charged it and when I use it, it doesn't carry enough of a charge to allow me to clean my kitchen floor, which is not large by any means. I do love the washable pads, the stand it came with and the low profile, but I wish Bissell could find a battery supplier that will fit their needs while allowing for longer usage (think power tools).

I have many Bissel products that I love, but i purchased this mop about 8 months ago it worked great first 6months. Now last 2 months it just has been getting worse and worse. I charge it fully and when I take it off to use it spins so slow and sounds like it's dying. We checked everything and cleaned everything and absolutely no change for the better. I wish Bissel would stand behind their products better. Very disappointing.

Forget about cleaning difficult stains

The Bissell Spinwave has been truly disappointing. It's good for surface level stains but you can forget about using it for any difficult stains. Since we purchased, we needed to manually clean after using the Spinwave each time. Additionally, after 1.5 years of having it, it just won't turn on anymore. Contacted customer support and they told us they could only give us a coupon as we were out of the one-year warranty. Truly disappointing product and won't be purchasing from this company again.

I LOVE my SPINWAVE floor mop. I just wish I could use it on the matching tile countertops!!! All of the tile in my home is textured and my floors have never looked so clean since I started to use the floor mop. My suggestion is for Bissell to make a handheld model. I would buy one as soon as it hit store shelves!
