Primatene MIST (epinephrine inhalation aerosol) contains the active ingredient epinephrine to breathe in and provide asthma relief when it's needed the most. The Primatene MIST inhaler is the only FDA-approved, over-the-counter asthma inhaler for temporary relief of mild symptoms of intermittent asthma including wheezing, tightness of chest and shortness of breath. It has 160 metered sprays and provides 0.125 mg per spray to help those with symptoms at home or on the go. Primatene MIST is specifically formulated for individuals with mild asthma and intermittent symptoms. As a reliable bronchodilator, Primatene MIST contains epinephrine to effectively relax the muscles surrounding the airways. With a new formulation, this epinephrine inhalation aerosol is fast-acting and will help make breathing easier. For more advanced symptoms or prolonged sufferers, a medical professional should be seen. This item is designed for oral inhalation use only.

for temporary relief of mild symptoms of intermittent asthma wheezing tightness of chest shortness of breath

Directions

for adults and children 12 years of age and over children under 12 years of age: do not use; it is not known if the drug works or is safe in children under 12 Before first use (new inhaler) activate new inhaler by shaking then spraying into air 4 separate times each time you dose remove red cap (if attached) shake then spray into the air 1 time exhale completely, place inhaler in mouth inhale deeply while pressing down on top of inhaler, then continue the deep breath hold breath as long as possible, exhale wait 1 minute. If symptoms not relieved, take a second inhalation by repeating steps above. after use wait at least 4 hours between doses do not use more than 8 inhalations in 24 hours wash inhaler after each day of use. Run water through the mouthpiece for 30 seconds., read the Consumer Information Insert for detailed directions on how to use this product do not use more than directed

    DONT GET THIS

    DO NOT TAKE THIS PRODUCT! i used it to see if it would relieve my asthma symptoms or make them better until i could get an inhaler, it made my throat feel like it’s closing and my chest hurts really bad it hurts really bad! if i could rate this 0 out of 5 i would dont waste your money on this. my face is super red and its making me have a panic attack

    Please read the warning label.

    First time testing positive for covid and the Shortness Of Breath as a symptom was scary. Asked the pharmacist what was the best OTC meds to alleviate the SOB and this product was recommended. Brilliant product. As a caution PLEASE read the WARNING LABEL because hypertension and elevated heart rate are side effects of this medication.

    I works great! Wierd taste though

    MADE ME HAVE PANIC ATTACKS, TICS AND WAS HOSPITALIZED

    PLEASE IF YOU WERE DIAGNOSED WITH ASTHMA AND ANY MENTAL DISORDER DO NOT USE!!! I did not read the side effects and the warning of not to use if you have asthma but I did read the reviews that some people had asthma and it worked fine for them but the dumb mistake I made was that I took more than 5 pumps in a day and the next day I took 2 more till the next morning I woke up and had servers panic attacks till the ambulance came got hospitalized to treat them and I had no idea this medication is adrenaline! It doesn’t say it no where in the box so it’s awful how you have to search up the medication and not just trust what’s only on the box.
