I've been using these for a while now and I've done a few different changes, so hard to say what is attributed to which change. However, I have noticed more restful sleep and more awareness during the day. My most noticeable effect when I forget to take these pills, is a decrease in my (breastfeeding) milk supply. I do not have the best diet, so I try to keep up with supplements, and I notice more regular digestion and calmer muscles (sometimes suffer from restless legs). I also liked this kind because of the multiple types of magnesim.

I really like this magnesium complex. It's easy on the gastric system, I've had no problems but I really feel the benefits from taking them. My muscles are usually tight, but not when I take this the night before! It really is gentle, and crucial, for stress control. I recommend it to anyone!
