I really like this magnesium complex. It's easy on the gastric system, I've had no problems but I really feel the benefits from taking them. My muscles are usually tight, but not when I take this the night before! It really is gentle, and crucial, for stress control. I recommend it to anyone!

I've taken these pills for 2 months and I intensely feel the difference when I forget to take them in the afternoon before winding down to go to bed. These pills give me the best sleep. I'm a mom of 3 kids and I've had trouble sleeping for the past few years. These pills make me so calm and let me sleep throughout the night.
