Bad icemaker

This ice maker is horrible! It is extremely loud. We turn it on at night and off during the day because it is so loud. The ice comes out in sheets that must be broken up. The only way to be able to break them is to make the ice so thin it melts fast. I would return it but the guy who installed it took the box off with him so I’m stuck for now.
