frustrating, disapponting and upset
I have only had this can opener one day and this is the worst can opener i ever own. The piece on top will not stay in. It tips over while u r attempting to open cans and it just will not grip the can The first time I tried to use it was a complete failure and I couldnt return it because i got rid of the package

Please ship items properly
I placed the order for pick-up but the item was out of stock. I selected shipping and was shocked when the item was delivered. It was in the original packaging which was a thin cardboard box. The box was demolished and ripped apart. I returned it immediately because the item was scraped. It was such an inconvenience.
