A: Thank you for asking! The Dirt Devil Steam Mop pads are machine washable in Warm water. Lay them flat to dry. The pads do not have elastic, the are held on the bottom with a Velcro like bottom on the steam mop head. Hope that helps! ~The Dirt Devil Team

Missing extra mop head and cleaner
Works fine, but it did not come with the trial size cleaner and no extra mop pad. Local stores do not carry dirt devil formula and cannot find a site to purchase extra mop pads, so its s little disappointing.

Upset
This item was nice work well for about 1 month after that month it became loud making loud noises sounding as if it wanted to blow up. I gave it a rest as I didn't even have it on for that long and ever since then it never worked again

Worked great, died after a year+
I loved this steam mop, but it stopped working after a year and a half (it just turns on and sputters—no steam). Because it's out of warranty, Dirt Devil says I have to go to a service center, which will cost more than the mop is worth. I hate to throw things in the garbage after a year, but that's where it's going unfortunately.

Excellent product and cleaning game changer!
After 6 months of use, we couldn't live without it. It's our most important cleaner in our small home. It is very convenient and its easy to keep because its cord can be kept well with it and it can stand by itself. My only complaint is the hard to find replacement mops. I am still looking for one today. Its strange not to find one in Amazon or Target. Our 2 mops that came with it is already stinky and couldn't be washed normally.

You jever knew how gross your floors were
A steam mop is to mopping what the Dyson is to vacuuming: using one of these will change your life and perspective on how clean you thought your floors were. Bought this thing on sale at Target to give it a go without forking over a Benjamin just to “try it and see.” Best $45 I ever spent. Pretty sure you could eat off my floors now, they’re so clean! I probably won’t, but Dirt Devil, you’ve done it once again! Easy to use, lightweight, and after about four months of use, so far reliable. Do yourself a favor and just buy this thing. You won’t regret it!

Great of you inly want a couple uses.
Booooo! Super disappointed! This thing worked three times and now when I turn it on it just clicks. It does not heat up. It was on sale so that is why I bought it. Disappointed BUT I have the 2 year warranty so I will contact them.

Didnt work at all
Don’t ignore the other comments about how this didn’t work. I got it because it was SUPER on sale and thought, mehh, why not, I’ll just return it if it doesn’t work. I plugged it in and let it “charge” for almost an hour. It never steamed, just rumbled and clacked a ton. This is the second dirt devil product I’ve bought; both were incredibly deficient. The other was a hand vacuum that didn’t run longer than 15 minutes. I just won’t buy from this company anymore.

Great, until it's not
Stopped working after 3 months. I took out the water reservoir to fill and small plastic rings fell out. I couldnt tell where they came from. It never worked again. It's also too short, I'm 5' 8" and was hunched over trying to use it. I like the concept of steam mops and will try another, just not this one.

Horrible
Bought it on sale at Target worked 1 time and never again tried everything and light just blocks but won't steam. Bought the protection plan but unfortunately can't find receipt so it was a waste of money

Got this on sale for $34, took it home and it never steamed at all. It just kept blinking between all the lights. It makes a loud ticking sound but nothing ever happens. I returned it to the store because it’s a terrible purchase.

faulty dirt devil steam mop
The steam mop broke after a few uses, didn't heat up well, and handle snapped off. It just spread dirt around. Don't waste your money.

Idiot proof mop, but one issue
Considering the quality of the construction and materials and the performance of this mop it's kind of a steel considering I got it for $50. The only downside is that on my floors in particular pushing them up is extremely difficult and the microfiber head wouldn't glide easily. I'm still rating at five Stars because I think that's more of an issue with my floors than the mop itself. If you're on the fence I would absolutely give it a shot! Seems like an extremely good product.
