Newair® Countertop Ice Maker. Bullet Ice, 50 lbs/day - Stainless Steel

So far so good. Actually, I was sent the stainless steel, instead of the red noted in the description, but that’s ok. My last one worked well and lasted three years of continuous daily use. I use it to feed my ice water therapy machine for chronic back pain. Since I had owned a previous machine of theirs, and the website made an error on my order, they gave me 20% off. Which was very cool. Can't go wrong with this machine. Design is excellent & well thought out also.

Waiting for the tracking number for our replacement plastic NewAir broken IceTray part, which was ordered on Sept 25. Love the IceMaker, and hopefully we'll receive the part so it can be installed, getting our NewAir back up and running!!

Great product, one thing that would make it alot easier to get status would be to illuminate the control panel. As it is difficult to see machine status

This has been a good ice maker but the design with the ice tray is bad. Once the basket gets full, it doesn't shut off? So the side effect is you have to empty it regularly. Apparently I didn't get to it and it broke the hinge? Can't find a replacement.

Worked great with regular cleanings and running cleaning solution through 1x mo, but then the tray mechanism froze up and no way to fix it. Husband tried everything to fix. Biggest downfall is it's price is high and the warranty only lasts 1 year.

USED THIS PRODUCT 3 TIMES and it stopped working!! I may have had a defective one and because its a year past the purchase date I cant get another one or a refund.

After a little over a year of purchasing the ive machine the company wouldn't replace my unit all they would do is give me 40% off a new one. Why would I buy another one when the problem that I'm having wasn't my fault of mis use. The water hose on the inside is leaking when filling up the basket with water so it's a fast leak. I now have it on my table with a towel underneath the machine. Never again I will be buying from this company

After 6 months of use the hinges on the ice tray broke, bought the very affordable replacement parts! Though very difficult to actually replace and now 6-8 moths later the same part broke again.

I use the ice machine all day long to make ice packs for my students when they have injuries in addition to making cold drinks throughout the day. This ice machine makes three different sizes and the ice is always perfect! It makes ice throughout the day and I set my timer for it to make fresh ice before I come in the next morning. Easy to clean and easy to use!
