The blades cant even handle pre cut frozen fruit (which is what I make my smoothies with) and are constantly getting blocked. Whats also annoying is that after it dies, even when plugged in, it will say it does not have enough battery to blend and you have to wait before using! Very frustrating. Received as a gift and would not recommend it.

When it DID work it would only have enough charge for one smoothie (ish). Did not make it through ONE all the way…then like others, it just died. Disappointing. I’ve loved other items from Ninja

Great Little travel drink maker
I have absolutely loved having this it's great for on the go. The only thing I suggest is flipping it upside down turning it on to spin and slowly flipping it back over it helps if you have too much in it

I purchased this because the little Hamilton Beach blender that I purchased before kept cracking so I thought why not. I'll spend a little more money and get something higher quality. well it didn't last 8 months. it's been charged. it's been cleaned when I put ingredients in it. I line up all the little arrows and it is not working at all.

cool concept. probably blends 2 or 3 times before battery is fully depleted. doesn't blender frozen things very well. won't blend ice unless you run it a couple times, then it needs a new charge.

Dont waste your money
This blender really, and I mean really sucks. Only holds a charge for 3 blends at most so you better be praying your blend is good on the first 2. Takes hours to charge. The actual blending mechanism can’t be cleaned adequately without being cut badly. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

Barely holds a charge
I was so excited to get this because I’ve been wanting to get into smoothies. It turns out it barely holds a charge and stops mid blend half of the times I have used it. For a brand as innovative as Ninja, you would think the charge would last at least 3 or 4 times. An already messy process of making a smoothie becomes even messier when you have to flip it over and put it in the fridge so it doesn’t spoil while you wait for your blender to charge. Just ridiculous and so time consuming - oh and it already doesn’t blend that fast either in the first place. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I like how it’s easily portable; I was able to take it on a mini vacation, make my smoothie, and drink it on the road. The only thing I don’t like is that the bottom stays with the blender, and if I had seen the other Ninja blender with the removable cup, I probably would have gotten that one. Still, this blender is great. Also, I give it a 4/5-star rating for easy cleaning because the seal at the bottom is sometimes hard to remove for washing, as the blades are in the way.

It’s not as powerful as I thought. I have to blend and restart because it turns red. I don’t put an excessive amount of frozen fruit. It’s nice I like that it’s portable. It’s just that it doesn’t always blend on the first try. Someone I have to try it 3/4 times or let it sit for a few minutes or shake it.

It blends well and quickly for me, but I do have to kind of help it along by pressing the stuff down and scraping the protein powder from the sides. I haven't tried blending anything harder than small pieces of frozen fruit. I see some people saying they can use it multiple times, but the second time I used it, it died in the middle of blending so now I charge it after every use. Since it's only me using it that's not too much of a problem, but it is a little annoying. I wish that you could remove the cup part from the base to drink it because the base makes it heavy and awkward to drink out of. I just pour mine into a glass, but I definitely wouldn't use it for "on-the-go" as it's intended. Overall, I can make do, but I wish I had just spent a little more and gotten a bigger one, and I am glad I got it on a good sale.
