  • A: Hi. I would not leave it in the charger. Let the charge go down, charge it, let it go down then charge it. Keep doing that. A charge should last for many days.

    Great color, easy to use for kids, but short-lived

    This toothbrush worked well for about one year and then stopped working. Going through the warranty process with Braun now to get it repaired/replaced. The color is great, and it is easy to use by children. If it only lasted longer!

Battery life can decrease if it isn't fully charged or if it's not used until nearly empty before recharging. Make sure to charge it for the full recommended time, about 16 hours for NiMH batteries like those in the kids' models. If you leave it on the charger, don't worry—overcharging isn’t possible!     Awesome for our toddler!

    This has been a game changer for us! Getting our toddler to let us brush his teeth is not fun and we never felt like we were really getting a good clean.     HORRIBLE, ever since i bought this horrible brush it has never worked!! I will charge it overnight and it turns on for 10 sec then the battery dies and it doesn't turn back on till i charge it for hours again. Ive never been able to use the electric brush. NEVVERR

    Not a timer

    This says it’s a timer but not in the sense you would think. This pulsates every 30 seconds but keeps going after the 2 minute mark. Not sure what the point is but good job on marketing. Got me there!

    Mold

    Would give negative stars if I could. The brush head design is ridiculous- it develops mold so quickly. And this is supposed to be a brush for kids. If you use it, keep an eye on the two brush head openings. But not worth the risk in my opinion.

    It's not a two minute timer

    The description says the timer helps kids brush for two minutes. This is misleading. It does not, as you would expect, shut off after two minutes. It vibrates every thirty seconds. So, after several months, I discovered my kids have been brushing for thirty seconds.
