Q: Is there any type of set up you have to do once you open the box because we poured water in the reservoir and it just runs out the bottom so where is there a peace missing or something?

Q: Does this ice maker have an option to stay on and keep ice frozen without continuing to make ice?

    Decent peoduct

    Take about 20 minutes to get a decent amount of ice for a cup. It doesn't make nugget ice, more like ice chips. Which isn't bad but not what I wanted. Overall it a good product

    Paperweight?

    Had it for 7 months. It’s a bit of a pain to keep clean, but manageable. It recently started spitting out black stuff into the water reservoir and making the most awful grinding screaming noise whenever it’s been running for 30-60 minutes. It doesn’t even make enough for a full glass before it starts making that noise. Can’t seem to get into it to take a look either, so now it’s just useless.

    Awful!! Do not get!!

    I’ve had this item for 4 months, one full month it was not in use. I came back and started it up after a month of not being used and black chunks came out with the ice. Terrible product!!!

    Bought 7/21, received early August, didn’t work by Thanksgiving. I’m trying to contact the company to determine if the warranty is valid. When it was working the ice was fabulous. Cleaning of machine was easy. Just wish it was still working. Hoping to get this resolved!
