Caused horrible breakours

Started taking these in January. I started dealing with really bad breakouts. Like huge deep painful breakouts that left me with really bad acne scars. No matter what i did, they kept on coming. I stopped taking these end of March.. and 2 weeks later, i have not had a new breakout. I’m not working on healing the stubborn ones that are lingering and it will take a long time to heal the scars. My face is perminantly marked now which is so upsetting and frustrating for me. I do NOT have acne prone, sensitive skin and i did not have acne growing up. On top of that, they did not help regulate my bowels at all. All they did was cause painful bloating and gas.

These are hideous

These are not like Metamucil's at all. They are good and soft and taste good. These are pretty much unchewable. I had to spit them out and throw them away.

Extremely hard to chew

They have recently changed something, as I had used these in 2025 and they were soft and easily chewable. Now, Jan. 2026, they are very hard and extremely difficult to chew - literally like others have stated, like chewing a tire. Taste is off as well. No more. Looking for alternative.

Ya so these taste so disgusting I have to return them. I like gummy fiber chews and vitamins so it’s not like I haven’t tried other brands. Weird weird flavor. Idk if it’s the same flavor as Metamucil

Eat a lot and they work fine

They work fine. The directions say to eat 3 for 5mg of fiber. I ate like 8 of them. After seeing results, I'd feel comfortable eating like 10-15 of these in one sitting. They are really low dose. That's probably where the bad reviews come from.
