    Perfect blend

    I love this product for having NORMAL amounts of vitamins. Nobody on earth needs 8000% vitamin b12 and all the junk they pump into us in multivitamins. If you’re eating a pretty balanced diet, this helps round it all out without overdoing it in any area. Much appreciated not to take more than I need.

    Headaches

    I have had migraines for 20 years, but receive botox and rarely have headaches now. Recently, my headaches have been almost daily for a few weeks. I've been trying to figure out what is going on. Then I remembered these reviews. This is the only change. I just stopped taking them today and am going to see if my headaches go away. I will update in a couple of weeks!

    Has to much iron! You will swell in the fingers , face , & body. Women don’t need that much iron. Skip these pills unless you are trying to swell up and look like you ate a container of salt

    Glad to have found them

    It is really hard to find an affordable multivitamin that isn’t a solid tablet. This one is a clear capsule that has powder inside therefore it actually has a chance to break down in my stomach and for my body to absorb it. Not to get too graphic people, but those completely hard, solid vitamins, you’re probably not absorbing as much of it as you think and it’s just being passed. I would take liquid vitamins, but I just can’t stand the taste. And most of the gel cap vitamins are very expensive and I do not want to take any gummy vitamins. I just don’t want to take any gummy vitamins or supplements with any calories or sugar and I am really glad that there is an option that is affordable that has a chance to break down in my body and that isn’t a gummy or a liquid.

    These are the best vitamins I’ve tried yet. Extremely affordable - only around $8 for 60 capsules (a two month supply). I just happened upon these by accident at Target one day, and I’m so glad that I did. They are effective, easy to swallow, made from quality ingredients and packed with a bunch of essential vitamins and minerals designed specifically for women’s health needs. They include cranberry for urinary tract health and biotin for hair, skin and nail support. It’s great that I only need one supplement to support these different parts of my body that may fall short or need extra supplementation!

    Good vitamin for the price

    I originally bought these because I needed a new vitamin and the price was good continued buying them for several months. I ran out bought something different and shortly after I noticed my nails were weak and started breaking. I switched back now my nails are nice and strong again.

    Find a different brand..

    Idk about these yall. The Amazon reviews differ greatly than the target reviews lol. I don’t typically have any reactions to vitamins/meds, nothing. But I also experienced the constant tummy aches & dizzy spells as the other reviewers have after taking these for only a few days. The pill itself isn’t hard to swallow and has no taste but it just didn’t make me feel normal at all so I stopped after a few days. Definitely better multivitamins on the market

    For the girlies who hate pills :)

    So this is day one of me having these pills. This review for now is more about ingredients and pill size. (Will update after a month) I struggle to take pills but compared to other multivitamins I have taken this has been by far the easiest. While the size of it isn’t ideal, the soft capsule makes it lightweight to take and doesn’t have a gross taste while I’m hesitating to take it haha. I will say that it’s also a much smaller size compared to other multivitamins. In a month I’ll update this with how the vitamin made me feel and if I notice anything.

    Prefer old capsules

    I’ve been taking these vitamins for about a year now. I definitely preferred the old packaging/product, as the capsules were a lot smaller and easier to swallow. This is my reasoning for docking a star. My favorite thing has to be the price point, it’s well priced for 2 months worth of capsules that you only take once a day. I did notice it helped with my immunity/getting sick less (especially throughout the winter months). I will say, as someone with short hair, these made my hair grow insanely fast! My hair was cut ~2 inches above my shoulders in May, and by August my hair had grown past my shoulders. I had to go get another haircut lol! I definitely recommend if hair growth is on your radar.

    BE AWARE

    I recently bought these vitamins july 11 and i started taking them around July 13. After taking these vitamins daily after one week i started to feel pain my ear along with headache . I thought it was sinusitis or an ear infection but my ears were crystal clear. Then a week later i experience fatigue,dizziness, nausea and headache. I went to the doctor and got blood work and my b12 levels were off the charts. I decided to research other reviews on amazon to get second opinions and literally everyone had the same symptoms as me. Also, it could make you very emotional and irritable. Be aware of this vitamin do more research before buying this product.
