    Difficult to Use Lid, Not Able to Even Try it Out

    Can't get the lid on or off without force! Hard to put on (no click into place feature) and secure so there are not any leaky explosions. Difficult to take off as well. Did not even get the chance to try it out because of this issue, so had to return. Do not recommend.

    Don’t waste your money, lid is horrible and motor is weak

    As much as I like the glass cup, everything else is not worth it. The lid is really hard to get off and has really sharp edges that will cut your fingers, the motor is so weak it can struggle with carrots.

    Easy to use

    I love this wave action blender! It’s a beautiful color and it’s so easy to use. I had a ninja blender and it was more complicated to use and the lid cracked. This one is glass which I love and easy to use with more functions!

    Plastic Lid Piece Broke From Start

    Purchased in store. Got it home and unpacked it only to realize the plastic pour lid piece was cracked off (not fixable). It didn’t appear to have ever been opened, so it was packaged broken. Bummer!

    Do not waste your time or money on this one

    Got this blender and was very excited about it. I loved it is a glass one too. On the first use I was blending up a soup mix and it lasted just a bit and then quit. I assumed it just overheated but I waited a day and tried it again and it is completely dead. Very dissapointed!

    Not strong enough

    I like the idea of glass, but it doesn't have enough power for simple things like smoothies. The feet also leave black marks on my counter everytime its used. We have to set it on a paper towel, just to keep the counter clean.

    Damaged

    I bought this on a curbside pickup. The box was heavily damaged. Why would someone take this off a shelf and put it in their cart to buy? Well they wouldn’t except target workers would because it’s not for them. I’m really sick of getting damaged packaging. When I do a curbside pick up can’t even trust them to give you an undamaged item. It’s unbelievable.
