    Plastic Lid Piece Broke From Start

    Purchased in store. Got it home and unpacked it only to realize the plastic pour lid piece was cracked off (not fixable). It didn’t appear to have ever been opened, so it was packaged broken. Bummer!

    Do not waste your time or money on this one

    Got this blender and was very excited about it. I loved it is a glass one too. On the first use I was blending up a soup mix and it lasted just a bit and then quit. I assumed it just overheated but I waited a day and tried it again and it is completely dead. Very dissapointed!

    Not strong enough

    I like the idea of glass, but it doesn't have enough power for simple things like smoothies. The feet also leave black marks on my counter everytime its used. We have to set it on a paper towel, just to keep the counter clean.

    Damaged

    I bought this on a curbside pickup. The box was heavily damaged. Why would someone take this off a shelf and put it in their cart to buy? Well they wouldn’t except target workers would because it’s not for them. I’m really sick of getting damaged packaging. When I do a curbside pick up can’t even trust them to give you an undamaged item. It’s unbelievable.

    Nostalgic Glass!

    Glass! So hard to find the Glass mixers. this worked well. used it already to pureed 8 cups of fresh pumpkin! Easy to use,clean. Color was nice as well. Looks sleek. my only problem was lid. it was on very very tight. the inner part is a softer plastic..but boy it's tight! Got it off at last to wash everything before use. ran lid under hot water, mashed inner ring in as much as I could to help it not to be quite so snug. When I did use I still only slightly press on and kept my hand on top. no issues and that worked well. The lid struggle was mostly me with strength and arm,hand issues. but I was happy with it overall. I've been though probably 10 mixers in my adult life 2 lasted years, both this brand and Glass body. hope this one keeps up the reputation!

    Does Not Crush Ice or Frozen Fruit

    This blender works well on soft food. It will not crush ice or small chunks of frozen fruit. It takes about 10 minutes to make a smoothie from frozen fruit. The lid is very difficult to remove. Using the easy clean/milkshake speed makes it easy to clean.
