Quality control issue
Good product but half of the pacs in my bag were stuck together. And when pulled apart they ripped which left a spill of detergent on my floor. Good thing my puppy was not near by. This is the second time this has happened.

Poor performance
Disappointed in the quality. We bought a tub that had 52 Actionpacs inside. At first we had no issues at all, clean dishes, no residue everything was great. We started noticing the pacs were not dissolving completely and there was quite a bit of the powdered soap left on the door of the dishwasher and we had to run another cycle to clear the remaining soap. Eventually it got to the point where we needed to run a second or third cycle to clear the residue as the utensils and dishes had soapy films. We still have 22 pacs left out of the tub of 52 so a little more that half way through and we're going to get rid of the rest. we noticed that the liquid parts were still "squishy" but the powdered soap sections were hard as a rock so not sure if that was normal or not until we get a fresh container and definitely not going for the large size containers until we can feel confident in their quality control.

We understand scent is very subjective, and we appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. Check that the dispenser cup is free of obstructions like dishes or utensils to allow the ActionPac to dissolve fully. Ensure the sprayer arms move freely and remove any debris blocking them. Handle the ActionPac with dry hands and make sure the dispenser cup is dry to prevent sticking. Low water pressure can affect cleaning, so run the dishwasher when other water use is low. Test water supply by placing an empty cup on the top rack during a cycle—if filled, water supply is sufficient. Water temperature should be at least 120°F (49°C); running hot water at the sink before starting helps. Always follow the dishwasher’s user instructions. If an ActionPac doesn’t dissolve completely, clean any residue thoroughly before using another. Now, if your Cascade ActionPacs are hard, do not shake or squeeze them, and avoid attempts to soften them. To prevent hardening, store the pacs in a cool, dry place—avoid storing under the sink where it's warm and humid—and always close the container tightly to keep out moisture. Hard pacs are still safe to use. A coupon for a new package can be provided if needed. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 765-5516 so we can learn more about this situation and take care of you. Soap sticks
At first these things seemed to work ok. However, they get stuck inside the pod soap compartment in my dishwasher and then my dishes are still not washed and come out nasty. It sticks the "door" of the pod compartment and then you have to use a knife to get it out. I don't know what I'm going to do with the leftover pods, but I think I'm going to have to use liquid gel instead. Hopefully it works better.

Terrible service
Did a drive-up order, waited 20 mins before approaching a target team member. Come to find out, my drive-up order was “missing/lost” in process. I have to wait another 20 mins for my order to be re-picked. Target then canceled 2 items from my cart due to none available. Like really ???? Terrible customer service.
