Worst product ever by shark. It makes what I cannot hair logs, they get stuck in the flex area and clog. The thing sounds like a tractor . I does NOT pick up anything bigger then dust.

Bendanble stem creats havoc and LED light is not impactful
Not a fan. The bendable stem concept is defective , flimsy and the vacuum never fully stands straight up after us. Also feels like it’s never securely snapped back in place. The rubber seals to help prop against the wall are not big enough to hold it to prevent falling. This vacuum becomes wobbly after a few uses of bendable stem concept and has literally scared me out of my sleep, scared kids and pets falling several times throughout day and night when propped against wall. It is not flush with wall at all due to the bendable stem not securely and firmly locking in place. I also do not like the white LED concept. It does not allow good visibility to dirt. Misleading. I have a second off brand vacuum with a green LED and I have to re vacuum floors after using this vacuum and you can see so much pet hair missed and dust as well. The power mode button is also very different and not a fan of how it changes automatically and I have to hold the trigger concept to keep it at that speed. Overall not the vacuum for my needs and Disappointing for the cost of the vacuum.

Died after 6 months
I bought this item in November and we originally loved it and I would have given it five stars but it’s six months later and it doesn’t suction at all anymore and I have to buy a new one. My old Dyson vacuum lasted 13 years so this crap is not made well.

I love the fact that this can slide under the bed and furniture easily but it is for someone with no kids, no pets and no mess. The suction is extremely poor and you have to hold down the turbo button to really make any difference.

Cheaply made vacuum
The brush roller connects to the motor via a flimsy, cheap piece of plastic that stripped out within 2 months. It performed well while it lasted, but definitely not designed with longevity or reliability in mind. The 2 Shark cordless vacuums I’ve owned in the past both broke the hose inside the floor attachment just after the warranty expired, but now they seem to have found a design that doesn’t even last that long. It’s a shame that something that works so well is built so cheap.

Vacuum literally doesn’t suck anything up, you have to slowly get right on top of it for it to maybe suck it up and even then it probably won’t. I never leave reviews but I had such high hopes for this one and it’s extremely disappointing. Returning as soon as possible.

I lived a peaceful life. Then I purchased this vacuum. The blue light showed me that my house is DISGUSTING! Turns out my old vacuum was a disgrace. This is the best vacuum I’ve ever owned. It has brought me way more comfort actually knowing my house is clean.

So Versatile!
I absolutely love this vacuum and only wish I had purchased it sooner. I am replacing carpet and LVT with engineered hardwood flooring in the next couple weeks and I was looking for a new vacuum that would be easier to use than my canister vacuum and safe for hardwood. I have been using this on my LVT for a few weeks and I love how easy it is to use. I will confess that the light on the front is a little disturbing... it really illuminates how much dog hair is on the floor! Another feature I appreciate is the automatic switching from hard flooring to rugs. I have waterhog mats and this vacuum reacts quickly when I go from one flooring to another. A surprise for me was how much I use the handheld function. I really didn't think I needed this, but I love it. I actually store the machine in the handheld mode so I can easily grab it for quick clean ups. I am so happy a friend recommended Shark brand to me.

LASTED 3 MONTHS
I bought this product on December 31, 2025 and it is April 3, 2026 and the head roller has not been working for a week. The warranty covered it, however, they are sending me a replacement part that takes 5 - 7 business days to get. I should have just stuck with dyson products. I use this product every other day and sometimes daily, and being that this is a product issue, Shark needs to do better to rush these parts out. With 4 kids and a dog my house is going to be filthy waiting around for their replacement part and hopeuflly that fixes the issue. I expressed this concern and they did not care or understand to rush it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

As someone who’s had 3 different Dysons, this vacuum is so much better than all of them. I have 4 cats and a toddler. The Dyson would just push everything around. Crumbs, liter, etc. I would have to go over a spot multiple times just to get most ( not all ) of the debris off the floor. The shark so far, picks it up the first time around and it’s not pushing everything. This doesn’t swivel as easy as a Dyson but idc as long as it’s picking everything up. Highly recommend

Good price but not happy
Cheap but does not suction as well , so I wish the head is smaller / slimmer like the Dyson. The accessories are hard to switch out. It’s not smooth you need a lot of force to pull out the vacuum only has two wheels in the back so it’s kind of annoying when it tilts back and you have to push back with your feet.

Battery and suction dud
I purchased this about 2 weeks ago and have used a few times now, with a fully charged battery, it only stays on for about 1/2 hour and the suction is not as powerful as would think from description. Also don’t like how it won’t stand up straight - falls over.
