By the time one hand needs to rest, the other is rested enough to hold the massager, which works out. It is the perfect weight in my opinion, as I feel like anything smaller would not be as powerful as this lovely device. The app is easy to use and connected instantly to my device once bluetooth was activated. I like that the app has different workout options for the device and tells you where to massage at to target these areas. You can also set goals to make sure you are achieving different things like stress, mindfulness, sleep, etc. Each day of the week is setup to see your progress. The massager is very powerful, and I find the lowest setting does just fine on the more sensitive areas of my body. I will be using this as my daily driver from now on, especially with the app integration. It makes things easier and setting goals a breeze. Very very happy with this!

The pressure sensor allows you to monitor how deep you are massaging the area. The pre programmed routines allow you to focus on the area that bother you. I personally love the back pain routine after a day in the office sitting behind a desk. It takes 3:30 and I feel much better after. I have tried all of the different features and this is for sure the best massage gun I have owned.

I love the convenience of the usb charger on this, and the design that allows you to hold it at a bunch of angles. My most problematic area is my shoulders and upper back, so I wasn’t sure how useful this would be in that area if I’m using it alone, but the different handle sides and videos in the app showing how the model uses it were super helpful in reaching these areas. It feels great, I’ve mostly been using the dampener attachment but the regular one is nice on bigger muscles like quads and glutes. I appreciate that it can be used in quick start mode without my phone, or connected via the app for preset programs and guidance. It looks really sleek too, and is actually relatively small and portable. A charge is currently lasting a long time (more than a few sessions) so no complaints there either.
