Yummy tasting and easy to mix prebiotic supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came with a good amount of supplement packets (24 total)! Tastes like a Dunkin refresher but slightly less sweet and has a bit of tang. The texture is perfect and dissolves well in liquid. I added 2 packets to 8 oz of water and there was no residue left after mixing.

They dissolve pretty quickly in water and don’t get all gross or gritty, which is usually where I tap out with fiber drinks. The berry flavor is light and a little sweet, so it doesn’t feel like you’re forcing down something medicinal. It’s just an easy add-in to my day when I know my eating hasn’t been the best. Nothing fancy—just one of those small things that quietly helps you feel a bit more balanced.

Also a great way to promote water intake which also affects your gut health as well. They do help you feel fuller longer, although that wasn’t a priority for me. Knocked down a few stars because I don’t love the flavor. Kind of reminds me of berry medicine or like a seltzer drink. Would still recommend for the benefits though!

It tastes great, it's easy to use, easy to take on the go, pre-measured, plant-based, sugar-free, and helps me feel full longer!
